Maa Durga is personification of Yogmaya , the power of God . Yogmaya manifests herself as Shri Lakshmi , Shri Radha , Mother Seeta ; and to defeat the demons she came as Maa Durga . There is no difference between Shakti and any form of ' Shakti ' .

Like wise, it is the shakthi of the almighty, usually known as Adi para shakthi, which comes into existence in Different form of avatars, as and when required, in this world, to make Dharma prevail.... And when the purpose of that form is achieved, the avatara reunites with Adi parashakthi.. I hope you understood....
