Recently, Ali Dawah and Mohammed Hijab are doing really sus things, even after getting warnings from scholars they are very arrogant about it and not stopping.

Thank you for making a video on this. I commented on Hijab's video, as I was one of the first to see this brothers video, and it was so disheartening how many people thought it was okay or just putting all the blame on the woman, it was so upsetting. It makes us no better than the west who sleeps with whoever!

It's so disheartening to see him laughing and making light of such a painful situation for the woman who was used and dumped. Yes, she was naive to accept such a* man, but laughing about her misfortune is disgusting!!! I can't imagine how I'd feel if I was the woman who went through that and is already feeling awful about the situation, only to stumble upon the video of a room of people laughing at her situation! Mohammed Hijab has been getting more and more vulgar, arrogant, and mocking in his speech and actions. Him and Ali dawah are somehow showing more and more fitnah for no reason. I can't even see the added "relatability" benefit that they always claim when promoting immoral things. They make videos openly with women. They used to censor but now they just gave up on that now. They used to take out haram music, now they insert their own music on purpose. What is going on with them seriously!!?? I honestly don't get it. Them 6-7 years ago would have refuted the people they are today.

This is a danger that many revert women face. There’s so many stories of these so called one minute marriages and often it’s revert women who do not have a wali who has a blood tie to her.

What image does it give of Islam !? And the part where he says "I need to go the toilet, it's gonna have to be a quick one" that's straight up disgusting !

There is a lot of bro culture amongst some of these groups, unfortunately. On the red pill side of things. There is underlying disrespect of women, instead of being protective. Sometimes they are more protective to non-Muslim women. This lighthearted recounting of a serious situation doesn’t surprise me. It is disappointing to see Hijab involved.

Tbh I didn‘t know what to think after hearing that story of that What‘sApp nikah. Let alone him laughing it off like it‘s something normal or ok to do. I rlly like the way he can debate but we shouldn‘t just blindly follow people without making our own opinion on it with the Hadith‘s.

Because some Muslim brothers are preoccupied with satisfying their carnal desires only. By constantly harping on about polygny as if fardh, and centering intimacy as the sole objective for marriage while not even having the emotional maturity to sustain one marriage let alone multiple. A woman is to honour and respect her husband, but how can anyone show love and respect to someone who continuously shows disrespect and disdain towards women? And then he has the arrogance to laugh at his own crudeness. Wallah, bc of men who abuse Islam in this way and give ill-advise, it is going to ruin the Muslim social fabric and family dynamic and make women opt out of marriage altogether.

When I first came to Islam, I considered muta marriage SubhaanAllah coming from a culture that allowed relationships outside of marriage, it seemed innocent enough, like a step towards getting to the idea of marriage.. I can imagine it would be even more tempting for a new brother who is coming to the idea of his financial obligations as a husband as a muslim, to take an easier option like Muta marriage SubhaanAllah im glad I had a few brothers I knew from before I came to Islam that guided me against Muta marriage alhamdulillah JazakAllahu Khairan for guiding us on this topic.. Also, @15:30 Can someone kindly give more sources about the point mentioed towards the end regarding husbands not obligated to pay for medical expenses for his wife. Help me understand and make sense of this rulling which FaiyadFit presents as majority of scholars since there are no references mentioned - neither Surah / Ayah, Hadiths, names of any scholars, . I have never come across this ever in my life. If the husband is not oblligated to pay then whose responsibility is it? So, is the implication that if a husband pay for his wife's medical needs he is doing it as a favour and not his wife's right over him? Usually women are expected and encouraged to not work, stay at home to build a home for her husband, herself and her children then just how is the wife supposed to pay for such very basic and essential needs as medical treatment? Family is the basic unit of the society i.e. Ummah. A wife is supposed to stay at home and take care of it. Set aside all other occasions when a wife could need medical care, just think of the times when the wife would be needing medical attention during pregnancy and delivery of her husband's children? Is it assumed and pre-determined that the female / wife woulld never need medical attention? Is someone else suppose to shoulder that responsibility and expense? Her father, brother whom she may not get to seldom or never meet after getting maaried to that man who is not obligated to pay for her health needs? How is a wife be able to create a family, and a home for herself, her husband and the community at large without medical care? Or, is she not seen as being entitled to have and deserve these needs and rights? The entitly (woman / mother) under whose feet Allah has ordened jannah to be under her feet to be lower than cattle. Her own earnings and inheritance not to be used for the The wife's needs which are created as a result of the relationship with her husband ought to be the husband's responsibility. Not just this but also all and any issues she experiences whether they are the result of previous issues or resulting after marriage. How else will the husband and wife be each other's garment / covering of needs and shortcomings.

nah bro you're totally right on this. i don't keep up with such youtube da'ees but i know what goes on around in this scene. i recommend everyone to stick to our more educated scholars such as sheikh assim, dr zakir naik, dr mohammad salah and others such as belal assad, akhi ayman who are not scholars but speakers with some useful knowledge we can have from them in dealing with modern problems

After reading both sides, I agree with u that Mohammed Hijab was not considered as valid Wali because who in the right mind will allow a sister to marry a khabees after knowing before the marriage that the khabees will divorce her. This is just abusing and misusing the sisters, I totally agree that. But I want to make a point that Mohammed Hijab's intention was not bad, though he was irresponsible. I think from my perspective that he wanted to save the khabees from committing zina or fornication whatever (which is considered one of the major sins in Islam) and that's why he allowed the "Halal Hookup" which is disliked but not a major sin like zina but yeah the argument comes that he was not a valid Wali that's why the Nikah was not valid and so on and so forth. But my point is he's intention was not bad. After all we r all humans we can sometimes do irresponsible behaviour and may Allah (SWT) protect us from this worldly fitnahs and prevent us from acting irresponsibly. But yeah thank you for pointing and explaining this contemporary issue. I loved ur explanation and subscribed u not just for that but another reason. The reason is I'm also a Bengali Muslim and I'm trying to get better in my studies, my future life, self improvement, praying salah, reading the Quran etc. I pray may Allah (SWT) bless you with more knowledge and self improvement and u can Insha Allah discuss more issues regarding Islam and modern day Muslisms. The debates,the work of him on Sapience,his books, etc are so worthful for Dawah and proving that Islam is true.Thanks for calling him out. We are Humans and prone to mistakes. But Ummah should be on correct path of Islam & should be one body. We are already in darkest time ever of Islamic history. Already times are hard for us. Fitnah is everywhere. Mohammed Hijab’s behaviour doesn’t even surprise me anymore. When someone mocks the correct (aqeedah) belief of the Muslims (belief of ahlussunah), mocks the scholars of the sunnah, mocks the people that call to the sunnah, then it starts to make sense why they allow themselves to say things like this. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said “if you have no shyness then do as you wish” (Bukhari)

Brother, usually you're speaking facts, but this is something I've got to disagree with, for a few reasons. Firstly, one of your major points is that there was no wali, however MH never outlined whether there was a wali or not in the gc, just that there were 2 witnesses. Now using husn al dhann, we can assume that there was probably a wali, and that to assume otherwise would be assuming ill of your brother Secondly, with all due respect, who are you to say that the man and the woman getting married weren't on the cusp of zina simply trying to save themselves from sin? Again, you can use husn al dhann here A sentiment i noticed in this video was something along the lines of "how could you marry this woman with this khabees man?? he's just going to divorce her!". MH spoke to the woman, and told her exactly what type of man he is. She still agreed to the marriage. When MH was told about the mahr, he spoke to her about it. She STILL chose to go ahead. At that point, you can't feel pity for the woman. She knows the risks, she knows she'll probably get divorced and she knows that she's asking for a low mahr. If MH was to reject doing the marriage, then they would have gone to someone else, or, may Allah protect us all, committed zina. Simply not worth it. All in all, I definitely disagree with the couple's decision, and their decision on getting married, but this video did not make many valid points and was not very constructive. I'd also like to add that I agree he shouldn't have been laughing and speaking about it so casually, but apart from that i find that he has no/very minimal fault. As always, respect to you my brother.

I cba to watch all of this because I called Hijab out on incorrect hadith quotation and at times, plain lies or inaccurate information on Ali Dawahs show when it came to secret 2nd marriages. But I'm glad that someone actually calls out clout chaser Hijab. Highly disappointing.

He made his feelings clear and they still decided to go ahead with it. As he stated his main aim was to help them avoid sinning - which sounds like was the next step for them. We can only assume that they had a Wali or if they didn’t there could be an Islamic reason to why not, as there are exceptions, as you mentioned yourself. We can’t just fill in the bits that was left out brother - Allah knows best. I agree, it is not a laughing matter and he probably should not have spoken about it in public however.

That was very disguting talk from the part of Hijab. To be honest,he lost any respect when he was on the Piers Morgan show debating that unholy rabi. To me,as a muslim, you need to have a certain decorum when speaking regardless of whom you are speaking with.You can not stoop to their level.

Goes to show none of us are perfect and we should not idolize anyone including Islamic influencers. He slipped on this one big time, I hope he addresses it the same way he expects others to when they are confronted. I appreciate Faiyad making a video about this

Many issues are happening today because people take it upon themselves to do what they think is right and ignore the wisdom and knowledge of the Quran, and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ as it was interpreted and practised by our pious predecessors. He made a joke about performing a quick nikah because he was desperate to use the toilet and laughed. This is a holy Islamic marriage decreed by Allah. Not similar to the government contracts of the west void of God. He is or is on the verge of mocking the deen completely.
