What an analysis of psychological traps. 👏. As if you are talking about exactly what I am undergoing last couple of months . Thanks for showing mirror and helping with doable strategies.
Example: Let's say someone wants to start going to the gym. They could simply call a couple of nearby gyms, or ask a few recommendations from friends as to which is a good gym. After going to to the gym, if they don't like they can simply change the gym. However, if that person falls into the perfectionist trap, they spend way too much time to find the perfect gym, the perfect gym instructor, the perfect set of exercises, the perfect gym clothes to buy etc. In doing so, there is a danger that that person will delay the process by a few days/weeks/months etc. Watch the video to get ideas on how to get out of this using 'Ready, Aim, Fire' in a better way.
