Car companies, or truck companies, should make very reliable ingines, or motors, with all this technology that is available, the consumer should not be afraid buying any vehicle out there , I hate it when some one goes to the dealer and he or she ends up getting a lemon, that's so horrible, shame on the dealerships out there !!!

Do you have a recommendation of what brand stand alone scanner to use other than the FIXD unit? FIXD constantly charges $ upgrades every time you use it. I don't want to use a phone app every time I need to find out what's wrong and be charged an upgrade. Any suggestions for a good entry level unit that a non- mechanic like myself can use that will let me know what the code means? Thanks. I love your vids. My engine light would be on for 2 days and would be off for 2 days (O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 Performance P0141), but after the O2 sensor was replaced, no more codes.

My sister bought a car that had low miles and the airbag light was lit up. I read where if the car set for a while and the battery went dead when they charge it back up this light might come on. In any case, whoever drove the car before didn't like the light, so they put black tape over it ha ha. Because it's an air bag warning light, it's nothing to mess with. She was going to have it looked at.

I have a question, so My husband's chevy silverado 2018 also got that solid engine light On, and when we went to the Dealership they said they didn't knowwhat's the problem, they try to open the flap on the front where air would regulate the engine or whatever it was, not really sure what term he use, but yeah that and whenever we drive say it's around 50km to 60km our vehicle would just shake/ vibrate like crazy, and the dealership still don't know what's wrong even tho they already tried to drive it to feel what we are talking about. Anyone here got any idea what we can do bout our vehicle. Coz this one makes me nervous everytime we drive. Thank you

Can't find the OBD I reader or similar like I had these days. My plugs got taken here and there, and eventually threw it out as I couldn't get new plugs for it. I still drive 90 model chevy trucks, and now fixing up an 89 Ford. An OBD1 scanner would be nice since I don't like poking a paperclip in just to miss how many flashes went by before I could get up. Haha

I love your videos man hands down cause I've been working on engines since I was a kid from go kart, to 4 wheeler and muscle cars, built my first Pontiac 400 with 4x heads out of a ram air 3 gto I believe I might be wrong on that. But i bought the 79 trans am for 500 with engine in parts. Had minor problems but it was a torque beast. I'd love to send pics. But something I'd like to see you do is a 240sx cause I fell in love with them light well 10 years ago uber cheap. I think it's awesome your doing the miata. I think there are some other vewiers like me. That could see uncle tony drifting or a dragging it. Just throwing it out there
