It's so immersive . I played without realising i was seriously into it for 3 hours. Also the combat is so much fun and I don't really care about the "bad tv stuff" talked by most CCs and beta tester.

i dont get this at all, saw people say pick the opposite to hear the other sibling you like talk more, but it just isnt true? in most cutscene events, YOURE the proxy that you chose as you talk everyone and your sibling takes a total backseat across the entire game, and doing the trust rank stuff with your characters is also without your sibling. there are moments where they are involved in the convos more in the story while you get the replies, but its hardly that big of a deal to where you need to pick the opposite of what you want. i just dont get telling people this because you honestly could regret it and wish you just chose the sibling you like more and want to play with

@@jeansoap4982 iirc it comes from an early CBT where the sibling you chose was basically mute in the same way the Genshin and HSR MCs were, but people complained because it felt awkward to hear all these one-sided conversations, so in the final build of the game they both talk a good bit no matter which one you choose.

I actually didn’t know that a ton of people rated the game poorly and thought it was boring until I came across some RU-vid videos a couple days ago. I personally thought this game is Hoyoverse’s best one by far. As you said, I’m just gonna enjoy the game without interacting with others, lol. Let the haters hate.

Let's be honest, ppl say he is bland and boring but he is literally the typical anime mc. Their strength is not particularly the way they look, but in their intelligence and personality, and that's completely fine. Let the fancy looks be on the other side characters. One can say the MC's in Genshin and HSR are fancy looking but I disagree. They are just normal looking imo, not fancy at all. Wise feels very accurate in how he looks. Also they are "illegal proxies", they don't particularly want to draw too much attention tho.

He’s got a sass factor that leaks out here and there, but his main demeanor is calm big bro, but also protective big bro. If anything happens to Belle, Wise goes in the initiative and loses his calm demeanor just a little.

I think it'd be better if Hoyo gave male mcs more defining features

While this probably applied to any generic black/brown haired PC, I don't think that applies to ZZZ, HSR, or even GI. While they allow you to pick dialogue options, in the end, they have their own personality. They aren't exactly self inserts.

Funniest thing, this all started with genshin. And theyre literally the same in story personalitywise (ik male mc is cannon but when you play, as far as ik theres no difference) and when it comes to models I actually like aethers model much more, so idek why it started there but this nearly never happened prior to genshin. In the past, both fmc and mmc would be self inserts, these two having different personalities and their looks matching said personality should be a good thing, but newgens want every male to look like zhongli or some shit.

I dont know man, tanjiro, luffy, ichigo, goku, john wick, kratos, Dante, Nero, sonic and many more are better than a lot of female mains i know.

If you think it’s bc of being the poster child I get it- but they only have one of the siblings be poster child bc then they would have to run two separate accounts or models just for one trailer or something. And it wouldn’t make sense story wise to switch constantly between siblings through trailers bc they wouldn’t know which one is traveler and which one is abyss sibling in the trailer. So in poster wise aether is the poster universe’s traveler while lumine is the poser’s abyss sibling. The reason that there’s no really noticeable differences in dialogue and definitely not story plot wise (only differences being pronouns/what pronouns people refer to you and what some characters call you, like childe ((did I spell that right? Eee)) calling you girlie or buddy (I think) depending on gender of your chosen twin ) is because they’re intended to both represent one traveler and one abyss sibling- like so to the point you can interchange them.. so yeah uh I guess my point is that aether and lumine are gender bends of eachother lmao (I kinda spaced out mid sentence/paragraph so I’m sorry if it suddenly gets weird after my first “ ( ) “ )

@@ZN_SN I think the issue is less that he's simple. It's more him compared to Belle. She's got a lot going on and is much more visually interesting. In games where you can't change mc later on, there shouldn't be one that is better than the other, including in design. It just feels like Wise was originally an npc design where Belle was always intended to be MC.

OMG! I always choose females. Lumine, Stella, Female Rover. ALWAYS. Yet I played ZZZ and for the first time ever, I chose Wise without hesitation.

I went for him! Picked Lumine, Caelus, female Rover, and was on the fence who to pick but he's so pretty. And I couldn't unsee Belle's eyebrows being gray and her hair being blue and it bothered me so damn much the longer i stared at her 😂 Wise is so cute tho

I feel like they just struggle with male anime 3d characters, like we have so many examples of bad 3d models in a 3d anime game. The infamous albedo for example, diluc, nearly every male character, this includes zhongli, he might look fine in-game, but compared to his art.... He looks exactly like that fisheye meme of his. You almost have no similar situation with the female characters, they put extra details into the attraction of that character, like the impossible boob physics. If waifu collectors get objectified waifus, I also want my objectified husbandos that doesn't look like trash that I scrapped off the plate bc I was too hungry. If you ain't giving me then quantity, at least give me the quality 😭

@@midnight.blue42 other than some tiny differences, Stelle and Caelus are no different from each other. Really makes me wonder why when they are the exact same down to their fashion and personality that people say "Stelle is better". They are the same.

It feels to me like the model was meant to emphasize a monolid look. The corners just seem so narrow compared to the rest, no other character of zzz has like eyes like his so it stands out in an odd way.

@NewNecro I don't know exactly what in the in-game model's eyes makes it feel somewhat weird/unnatural, maybe is the lack of detail on his irises or the shape of the inner part of his upper lid_ dunno exactly... I just am sure that if they followed more closely how it looks on any of his artworks I would like his appearance much more Anyway, I still like his design overall, the ombré of his jeans, his trendy jacket and sport shoes, the hair color ...there's just something about his 3D model's face proportions with his eyes that was supposed to give a "Kazushi Tatsuishi" from the anime Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon (niche comparison, I know, was just the first character comparison that came to mind) vibe _"a cunning and sarcastic guy that still has a good heart" archetype, but that instead give him a bit of a derpy look

@@lucasfreire8290 Most difference from artwork as I could describe it is that the outer side slants are even more tilted in the model compared to the artwork, model also lacks outlines which make his shapes (hair highlights, eyes compared to hair colour) stand out more and contrast better while the model looks very watered down under an even lightning compared to Belle, who is naturally more contrasting even without outlines (through own colours and accessories). I could see the eye shape be an attempt of making him look even more mature/wise(hue) of maybe a josei-style leaning look than in the art but it can also come across as old or tired stare when compared to rest of characters in the environment.

I think the problem isnt really his design per se. I think its more of a rendering problem(?) I dont know a lot about 3d. His design is sure mid, but i agree with yall saying its mid yet classy, i personally love it. Its just his..coloring just seem off. Its like they suck the light out off him. Its like they didnt eant to waste special effect on him. But if you look at his little sister she looks alive and doesnt have the same problem. So what i am saying is his design seem unfinished.
