My husband is retired Navy. There's no shame in serving your country. Our family has been separated by deployments and we even split up for awhile but we've been together since 1984. I was like a single mom in places away from my family. Honestly his being called gay was not an issue. I can't tell you how often I heard that your wife didn't come in your seabag. I saw a lot of bad things about the life but it is the life you choose when you sign up. I learned that not everyone who puts on a uniform is a good person. I thank you for your service.

Thank you for your service! I personally never served, and that's my greatest regret. That being said, I have lost all respect I once had for seals. Roberts ridge, Task force bruiser, jocko, chris kyle, marcus luttrell, the truth is coming out, and it's disgraceful! From the leaders down the seals need to be disbanded. I have the utmost respect for the rest of the navy!
