Why Windows shows a frequency of RAM less than the one that appears in the BIOS, since if we look at the data in the Performance tab, in the Windows Task Manager we see that it indicates half of the frequency that it shows us the BIOS of the motherboard.
Copy and paste this entire text into a Command Prompt (CMD) window to see the details of your RAM Memories:
