In this vlog I am taking you with me to the coolest experience you can have in Ubud, Bali!
If you have never heard of Kopi Luwak , then now is the right time to find about it!
The Luwak Kopi is supposed to be the most expensive and rarest coffee in the world due to the long process of preparing it.
Luwak is a selective animal who only chooses the best arabica beans using his smell to find them. He is not chewing the beans, but eating them directly.
As a result, the beans pass through the digestive system of the animal and are afterwards manually selected, pealed, grained and roasted. The animal lives in nature and comes during the night to eat the beans. In the morning, the poop of the Luwak is collected. As it is difficult to be found, the price is also higher than the one of a simple arabica coffee.
Unlike typical coffee, the Luwak Kopi has many benefits as it is suitable for migraines accompanied by stomach pain.
