It makes no sense for the war to continue. At the point it doesn't matter who started it, the war needs to end. Much respect to the guests, host and Good Samaritans that are working tirelessly to help and aid civilians in Khartoum and elsewhere.

Simple! The war in Sudan is off the radar because both fighting sides are of no monetary benefit to superpowers. The same applies to Gaza. Israel, on the other hand, is the focus because it's the 51st US state.

That's the complete opposite of the truth. The reason other nations don't care about the lives of Africans because this is a part of their strategy to completely wipe out these nations of people to overtake their land because most of the world relies on their abundance of resources
Speaking for myself of course, I'm very newly awakened to the world around me. Its taken a large amount of energy and brain power to understand the situation in Palestine and its many evolving challenges. I would like to carve out the time necessary to learn and understand all histories and situations that bring us to the world today because our struggles are interconnected and our freedoms are only complete when we are free together. I will try to do better to pay attention, to become educated, and use my voice wherever it is needed. I know what it feels like to be alone in the world and it breaks my heart that there are so many of us who don't get the support we need.
Solidarity might start with NOT speaking badly of aid organizations. A) they probably did not ALL "run away" B)they may have been completely UNABLE to stay and/or ordered out by the people in charge without a say in it.
Two generals,their beneficiaries and collaborators at the funding and behest of regional interfering powers have decided to Duke it out for the sake of gaining absolute power over Sudan at the expense of the country and the destruction of the civilian population is merely a sideshow as is the ransacking of institutions and the 7 million internally displaced persons is a small price they willingly paid to bring forth their nightmares into the social and political realm of a spirited developing country.this of course aided and funded by regional powers openly interfering in Sudan's present and future.this is criminal and tragic the collapse of a struggling country and the murder of it's future 😢😢
Whoever interferes with the way of life of these communities will be accused of colonialism and all the evil that has happened to them over the next 100 years.
Really all these #'s , Caring "movements" aren't anything solid. It's just simply a thing followers and other followers of those think its cool for the moment to get aboard with an issue of the world. @ruthcollins2841 The conflict is in Sudan, the fight is between the military and paramilitary group Rapid Support Forces which is also a militia group. Most of the civilians are staying out of the conflict. The ordinary people were not expecting the war to last this long considering it could've ended months ago and needs to end. Sudan was trying to set up a civilian government following all the Pro Democracy protests right before the war broke out in April of last years. Which makes me wonder why would the war break out if the country was going to set up a civilian government? Btw, South Sudan is a different country. They are not at war and have been receiving a lot of their own South Sudanese citizens who were living in Sudan and Sudanese refugees too.
