Zed is to much on one task, higher risk, delayed and not flexible. Not to forget natrual counters are meta. Short version. Pressure, it creates a hole in mid. 1vs1 lane matchup + 2vs2 is meh for him Overall. Jayce allmost got no cd's, even or ahead can 100 to 0 allmost allgame. Can create pressure without usinge abilitys or staying over agressive. Le blanc aß further we go into the event the higher the prio. Got high outplay potential like zed, stays safer than zed in lane, got cc for ganks/2v2 ... And the worst in my eyes zed gets more cucked by pressure ganks, imagine graves, camilie. .. jumping onto you dealing 2/3 of ur healthbar since u standing further into lane than lb. Playable yes, but the pick narrows your team into 1 3 1, lacks wave clear ... and even ahead zed takes a greater risk/smaller radius. Lb can double W over a huge distance get poke/kill and Reset to start while zed goes to point where He ulted. His dmg is delayed, Not just his ult what gives more reaction time but exhaust is usefull after iniation. (Ever since his w-q much more time) + He is ad, with carry top but more importantly carry jungle it cucks ur items. We saw alot noc, graves, xin ... Pared with (early into event) Tanks or Aatrox urgot, after groups we saw more swain, camilie, viktor that can abuse tanks or certain bruisers. Viktor and swain mostly are tanky build, dnt tell me that c9 licor build his mpen boots... He strictly inted the game on ekko Anything Zed does - a other do it better. Sad but true. Not to forget xayah, Kaisa and sivir, all high picked adcs giving him a hard time + Ali, Braum + rakan or even tahm high in prio aswell. Sry for the Bad english and maybe smt can be wrong - me human.
Zed is strong but there are scary champs that can mess up the game if they baff zed he would be unbeatable in mid but would be made also very broken he wasn't picked much cuz every one feared the other possible counters to zed like mid lane would be won but a other lane champ could make u go 5/10 in 20 mins
despite that I'm playing zed a lot trying to learn how to beat the other op or broken champs but as azoh says aatroxs irelia and jayce are good at messing with ur games
zed is strong ? zed is like now most crap in history of zed . he never felt so shit maybe when his r had 1 sec back to shadow but there werent atleast stopwatches. picking zed should be reportable in higher elo since zed can only work on low elo where ppl cant position vs zed xd

@@aleksandarvelkov937 u kidding right . u think why nobody picks zed from pros because their enemies are also pros which means they surely know how zed works . it just doesnt work . u can easily counter his r . his laning trade is shit . u need hit 2 q and e to do sth and if u manage to which isnt that easy then u have 22 sec cd on shadow . once u go with r in if ur vs some shit like ahri or anivia xerath u get insta stun when u come out of r . if u fall behind ur not gonna come back in game plus if enemy has some kind of bruiser or tank ur not gonna splitpush . gl xd
It’s cause they know how to counter, they know how to stop his ult. I just think he’s awesome solo Q but when people know how to stop his damage he really can’t bring anything to the team...
Zed isn't picked because every comp has hard cc, tanks, mages that spam from very long ranges, and everyone can buy a stop watch which deters assassins from committing to a kill without getting baited or burst denied by the simple stroke of a key...
