Watching videos about IZ*ONE is very interesting to me, because even though I was there at the time when they debuted, I never got on the Iz*one train nor I have the attachement, inmense love and reverence the majority of kpop stans have. I liked La Vie en Rose but I never liked the chorus of Violeta and I never got the interest to check their other songs, so I'm kinda of an anomaly in that sense. I always feel like an outsider looking in whenever people do videos about Iz*one. That doesn't mean that I don't recognize the impact they had. About Kepler, their group journey feels a bit frustating, they have good songs and the talent is there, but the way WakeOne handles them feels a lot of the times like they aren't even trying to make the group work. I hope the members get good careers in whatever they want to pursue after their disbandment, so good luck to them!

Same, I never called myself a izone fan since I only really knew abt Sakura. But when I was younger panorama, fiesta, and la vie en rose were my go to songs. Idk wut was going on in 14 year old me's mind, but I literally thought iz*one was peak kpop. But, even though I felt all of that, I never really got to know the members. Now, I kinda know some of them because of le serrafim, and ive(my fav groups rn), but I still feel like I'm lying when I call myself an izone fan

Same, I couldn't get into IZ-ONE at all because their vocals were so high-pitched and I disliked it a lot. When IVE debuted, I was pleasantly surprised by Wonyoung's deeper voice. She has a very sweet tone, and that made me question if the awfully high-pitched singing in IZ-ONE was a stylistic choice or not.

I didn't stan IZ*ONE until after their disbandment (sadly) but I was extremely impressed with how cohesive the company made their branding, their discography, and everything. Rigging aside, they seemed to have such a clear path for IZ*ONE to walk and that's what's been missing with Kep1er. They only JUST started giving them comebacks that have their own sound and aren't all over the place and sadly, they only have months left on their contract. Kep1er's biggest downfall was a combination of four things, in my opinion. The lack of direction in their branding/sound/overall identity, the fandom not letting the competition go once the group was formed and turning against each other, WakeOne being incredibly experimental with their comebacks (this ties into the first issue), and finally, I do think that the voting should have been different during the show. There were so many amazing vocalists that missed the lineup because of the popularity of other contestants that would have helped the group thrive. I'm not saying that any one member "doesn't deserve" to be in Kep1er. I'm just saying that I think people failed to see the big picture when they voted. This is why I believe that shows like this should have judge voting tied in somehow while keeping the fan voting as well. The lack of forethought on the company's part (before the show even began) also plays a significant role in what hindered Kep1er. Even without the lineup being locked in, there should have been some sort of groundwork laid for the group to build off of when the lineup was finalized and their career was starting.

iz*one had a distinct floral concept from debut that no other group was really doing at the time, and them developing that sound since debut and sticking with it to the end was definitely a huge reason for their success.

I avoided stanning IZ*ONE for a long time because I knew they were a temporary group 😭 but I eventually caved with fiesta I was sad to see them disband, but them continuing on in other groups like le sserafim and IVE and those being such great acts really reinforced that disbandment was probably for the best. I feel the same way about Kep1er as well, but following them from the beginning, I think I come to expect too much from them when their story really hasn’t even started yet. The concept deserved to be so much more than what it was, and I believe they would’ve seen more success if their works revolved around a specific idea, but I can’t expect MNET to be consistent 😭

oh I avoided them until recently 😭 I didn't engage with any of them at all until Yena debuted solo, and I didn't even know she was from IZ*ONE at first lmao I really wish Kep1er could have been given higher quality content though the girls deserve better

I feel the same way about the success of the various former IZ*ONE members' post-IZ*ONE projects showing that their disbandment was ultimately for the best. IZ*ONE was an impossible act to follow and Kep1er was never set up for success. I think that Kep1er's members will go on to be far more successful after redebuting with other rookie groups that are more tailored to their unique charms.

1. Joining Queendom is a mistake 2. Not stick with the concept and sounds (wadada) is also a mistake. Exp izone have that one sound’s (every of their cb) thats make people ouh this is Izone song. 3. Their Comeback after UP most of them are just mediocre 4. All of their B-side are much better. 5. A lot of new group are better and cute concept is not a trend. 6. W1 doesn’t know how to utilise kep1er. For example Xiaoting got viral what they do??? Nothing instead they give her solo staging at MAMA and etc after all the heat gone. 7. Their Japan CB are much more better even line distribution are more fair and all the member got shine while Korean CB most of the line are divided like 2 person until recently when they realised they got 7 more members lol.

You can really tell that Mnet thought the izone stans would gravitate towards kepler. And they became complacent and gave a seriously half baked produce, that had so much potential and would have put these girls on the map for their two years. They could have, if the producers and production team, really wanted to. These songs are not that bad, they just don't age that well when you become a fan. And when they realized that they had to step up their game, they instead left the girls to survive and focused on freshly faced ZB1. (No shade) Is it annoying? Yes. Do I blame them? At some point. I don't understand why its hard for companies to ensure that the groups that they manage, even with them being temporary, have longevity and leave those groups with a vast amount of leverage. Look at how it was done with izone, ioi. After this contract, most people are gonna forget about most of them, except a few. Which is so sad.

IOI were active for a very short time. They were very popular. Wanna One were huge when they were active, as were IZ*ONE. X1 appeared to be about to be huge. Their debut, Flash, was really successful. But they disbanded so we don't know what would've happened had it not been for the vote rigging scandal. Kep1er, for me, got derailed by appearing on Queendom. They had only just debuted. They are a temporary group. So they didn't have a large back catalogue to use. Going on another survival show fresh off GP999 is a baffling choice, as it had to be draining for the members to do these shows back to back. As a temporary group, the time on Queendom could have been used to cement the group so much better, in other ways. With their own group content. It just seems like a waste of time, especially so early on. I don't think it would have been a good idea at all. They should have been working on themselves as a group. ZB1 have been sweeping the award shows. I'm really happy for them, I was really into Boys Planet. I was happy that some of the tactics ("evil editing") during the show didn't get their desired result. I saw people falling for it, sure. But I also saw people being vigilant about it, and calling it out. I hope the best for them. I think it's too soon to judge how successful ZB1 are or will be. X1 were failed due to the vote manipulation scandal. Kep1er haven't been handled well. I think we need hindsight to truly evaluate things. But there's definitely things that can be called out now. For me Queendom is the main issue. But I have seen other people who were unhappy with a lack of direction or perceived vague, changing concept. Some people think Kep1er were a trial run of sorts after Produce. I can understand why they would come to that conclusion. But I'm not sure about that myself.

Are you serious? You are still debating who should be in the final lineup of Kep1er? After watching Bora and how she was on Queendom Puzzle, is Bora fitted to be the leader over anyone else? What do you people have against Yujin? Also the real problem should be the bias that the company show to a few members of the group while ignoring the rest of the group most of the time, as well as the lack of overall direction and effort that Wakeone put on Kep1er that should be the main issue instead of mentioning so and so should be in the group. Also, it should be mentioned that Bora did not receive enough votes from the public, which is why she did not make the final lineup of various survival shows that she joined.

The thing is, I just saw Kep1er's recent fanmeeting special performance video on their main channel and it explored kep1ers concept in a great way ! Link here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1oORQZeykak.htmlfeature=shared It basically showed us how each comeback was almost like individual planets they go into and explore & feel. @@dreamcatcherstan-w3v They DO hate on other members. The toxicity of Kep1er's solo stans is really off-putting, and it's made worse with uneven screen time/line distribution. As for their discography, I won't say it's bad since people have different music taste. Rather, it's the inconsistency that makes it difficult to get into the group's music. I think the big factor is the non investement of Wake One and the mismanagement of the group I mean with a proper identity and good music they would be as popular as iz*one. I feel like Wake Ond juste give them random mid song and hoping that the popularity of the show will make all the work. Many fan of gp999 moved on after the debut of after the 1st comeback like me After the disbandement the only one that will keep her popularity is probably Bahiyyih since she have strong fanbase
