@AfrikanTraveller thanks for telling my story!! The outpouring of support and encouragement has been overwhelming; I did not expect any of this. Thanks you!! My return to Nairobi is already planned and I have new people coming with me. Thanks again!!
PEACE OF MIND - unless you have lived long in the west...you can never really appreciate the peace and simplicity of life on the African soil... priceless.
Yep, some people will never understand. I endured several years of racial trauma working for a company. I had to leave and be with people who looked like, and understand me. In Kenya, I could be me without judgment. AFRICA is peace of mind!!
@@AfroJamaican People don't understand the trauma we experience living in the west. I'm in Jamaica working to recover from the trauma of having lived in the USA for most of my life. I know you have an idea of what what I am talking about cause you mentioned how you felt about visiting that place. The trauma is real.
Am kenyan living in Toronto too and good to see our Jamaican bros enjoying life in beautiful Kenya! I too cannot wait to move back home and live in peace.
I just came back from Kenya 🇰🇪 about 2 months ago and I’ll advise you to wait a little bit. There’s a high inflation and people are hungry. Put your safety first okay. Now not safe. From Boston USA 🇺🇸
Wow wow this is amazing congratulations I am a JAMAICAN born and bread I am home here in KENYA yes KENYA is a special place I love it here OUR people is coming little by little thanks for this video I will share 🇯🇲🇰🇪🇰🇪🇯🇲
I am extremely glad to see these African brothers coming to invest in Africa. I hope all people of African origin can come and reorganise the institutions back home. We have a lot of resources but lack the talents to exploit it. I have invested in some of the most primitive and remote places in central Africa but to be honest, despite the challenges, i feel fulfilled each time i look through the lives that i am empowering.
This is crazy! As a Jamaican I went to Nairobi 2022 for the 1st time and fell in love. Kenyan love Jamaica more than Jamaicans love Jamaica. The Kuna Kuna song still in my head. I love the Kenyan people. I am bringing investors April 2023. I stayed in Westlands which was beautiful. Also I am still wearing my wristband #sawa #sawa
👌🇰🇪 AFRICAN TRAVELER - I say Hi to my 🇯🇲 Brother. I have seen him here in Toronto. I am also from KENYA living here in Toronto. We will invest HOME also. Good for him. 👍🇨🇦
Julius I understand how you feel. I love how you want to share the experience you got from your visit with all of us. That is beyond beautiful. It is so great to see us being uniting after all the centuries of being separated by the lies and other shenanigans of the colonizers.
I totally can attest to the peacefulness of East Africa after I visited Tanzania 🇹🇿, people were friendly and hospitable especially to African diasporas.
@@gemadasent Did you LISTEN to What JULIUS said???Julius said watching videos of WODE MAYA encouraged him to VISIT KENYA.Go and tell Julius NOT to SAY that on AFRIKAN TRAVELLOR channel.
Go bro Julius. Proud to see you putting your best foot forward. Am in the US and have already made a couple of investments with AMG. The process can only be described as seamless. I happy with the way AMG is handling its affairs openly and keeping their promise.
I am from the Uk although my father was from Jamaica and moved to the UK back in the 50s also known as the Windrush Generation, I purchased an apartment in Hurlingham Nairobi back in 2017 with my Kenyan partner. With 985 years left on a 999 year lease. Since then the law has changed but we pay no land rent. I guess it's counted as peppercorn rent. There many good land investments in Nairobi, Syokimau near the Airport being one, although all the plots have probably already been sold they were selling for around 1.7m 50x100. I know Ruiru really well which is close to Juja and it's a great area to live. Kenya is definitely a wonderful Country ( I stayed 3 months this year) Do not overlook places like Kisumu and western Kenya and even the coast is amazing. I stayed both in Bungoma and Kisumu. Ksm is a gem especially Milimani.
I am a keen observer of real estate projects in Jamaica. The truth in my opinion, Jamaica is far ahead of Kenya. It is also cited as the future Singapore of the Carribbean. Am glad that Jamaicans are coming here, we stand to ben8
The Exodus needs everyone, I love he brought his kin and there experience. To the RU-vidrs flying our flag high the hardwork you put in your channels is phenomenal. The result is bringing investors hongera the African traveller hardwork pays
African Traveler your doing an excellent job!! Hope more Kenyan young men would look up to you, instead of people like Kibe 🥺. You have solution to our problems !
I lived 5 years in Kenya and I’m a Jamaican American and I knew a lot of the Jamaicans in Kenya and for some reason Kenyans and Jamaicans are like brother and brother or cousins, it’s just a good fit. I really miss that place but I try to go once a year because it really is a nice place to relax and chill. Great video and continue the good works !!
@@AfrikanTraveller Hello Afrikan Traveller! Could you send me your email and what's up number. I am planning to come to Nairobi in February, hoping to connect. Thank you!
African Traveller does not deal with hate fill channels like yours and your support for Ajim…we will make sure he knows about you proper…you are an appreciative of a support a country gave you on your RU-vid journey…let us hope Peter Obi win so that you don’t japa… Hopefully when you get to East Africa they give you the treatment they gave Tayo then you will appreciate we were good to you.
I am back in Canada, now. I am still working on logistics as to where I will be based. As for finding who I could trust; I did a lot of research on AMG before I opted to buy from them. And I have not been disappointed; I just closed another purchase on Friday.
My friend @Afrikantraveller, if Julius Nyerere might take you to Jamaica, you would be surprised how advanced their real estate is. Hopefully we will gain from their knowledge and experience
All African countries and Afro-Caribbean countries have things they do well. Look at M-PESA, it’s amazing and could easily work in the Caribbean. Jamaica had made it easy for anyone to have a TRN (KRA PIN). Kenya can produce a Title Deed in 6Weeks. In Jamaica it can take several months…. This is why we should all work closely together, share experiences and make it easier to do business.
RU-vid has changed the game, ladies and gentlemen. Africa's perception in the diaspora has already changed very fast, and we're only scratching the surface
My hope would be if more black people(in all four corners of the world)invested in our country but we are so fixated on white people and whoever else.a country like Ghana is making so much money from our brothers and sisters across the oceans.AA’s in specific are the richest group of blacks outside the continent.they are number 7 overall across all nations and nationalities. I don’t understand why we don’t market our country as an investment hub for their money………
We must not allow our government to do anything silly to frustrate our brothers and sisters investing in the motherland. The government must be made to provide a good environment for investment.
Kenya is magical as one institution put it another one said the pride of Kenya another one said proudly kenyan. Today I was just thinking of those going in the diaspora to seek for foreign citizenship. They are missing out. Kenya has been rated as one of the most recognized state in Africa rather the capital of Africa. At time is coming this country will be a super power state in the world. I love my country Kenya. Am kenyan. Karibu kenya
If you perform your due diligence with verified and licensed attorneys, and use multiple sources and government authorities to do your research, Africa is a great place to buy land and invest.
Wagwan. I keep wondering how we can help Redsan (our dancehall artiste) to go live in a country like Canada or US for like 1 year, for his potential to come alive
I had been trying to buyb a plot or land in kenya But the problem is the non citizen barriers With no residence permit,KRA number,it's hard Even the long term 5 years visa require business partners
