Yes, that may be true. But the narrative is not the opponents, but it’s the complete makeover of the Chargers’ MO. Just one season ago, if you are asked, “Herbert throws for less than 200 yards, are the Chargers winning that game?” 10/10 people would say it’s a guarantee loss and the Chargers are dysfunctional. This season, Herbert is throwing for less than 200 yards twice and both games had victory formations to close the game. That’s a complete 180 of a team that needed Herbert to throw for 400 yards and 4 TDs with 3 4th down conversions to barely lose a game in the last 2 minutes.

They handle the Raiders pretty good and the Raiders will be in the playoffs this year no doubt about that and our offensive line handle the Raiders very well and we will not be going against too many good defenses like the Raiders. pitch will probably be the best defense that we play and we will still beat them too

calling the raiders trash still after they beat the ravens is funny but what exactly do good teams do to bad teams? they shut the door... in years past we keep both the raiders and panthers in the game or just lose outright under Harbaugh we rolled them out and cruised to wins when was the last time we ended back to back games in victory formation bc i cant remember and weve had plenty of stretches of playing bad teams.

Five easy opponents to start with???? WTF??? Raiders just beat the Ravens. Carolina is terrible, but holding any NFL team to 159yds and 2 third down conversions (one in poop time at the end of the game) is impressive. Next week is Pittsburgh who beat the Falcons in Atlanta and held Cousins and Bijan Robinson to bagels in the second half. They held the Broncos in Mile High to triple bagels until the game was over and let them get a couple of long FGs. And, finally, KANSAS FREAKING CITY is their 4th easy opponent???? I guess you must be counting their Week 5 bye week as an easy opponent, and I agree with that one (and Carolina). But that is not a pushover early schedule in the slightest. They are first in total points scored against in the first two games with 13. They have rushed for over 400 yards in the first two games. Dobbins has 266 of those yards and is the first NFL back to open with back to back 100+ rushing games for over a decade. They only allowed *one play in the red zone* in each of their first two games. This is a different Chargers team with Harbaugh creating the culture. They would have found a way to lose to the Raiders in years past. Maybe the Panthers too; who knows? But you are the one not being objective here, junior. Not Colin.
