i got him early never use him makes me wonder way i even pulled but it was like second 10 pull so there is that. i guess his play style just isn't my thing.

@@userunknown1030 That's valid. I too had enough to guarantee Jinshi but ultimately decided not to get her after testing her. Her playstyle really wasn't my thing at all

He's still imo too young for his position, same with Jinshi. I like his playstyle and design but not his story. I'd prefer if Geshu Lin was still around and still the general.

@@RimFaxxe Isn't that the whole point of his character? He became a medical assistant right from the age of 10, and then took up the mantle of General at a very young age because of worsening circumstances. All the helplessness and frustration watching everyone around him suffer is what forced him to mature faster and take up too much responsibility too early

yeah my account sounds like yours accept for using him that is. i just can't get with his play style maybe to easy or i just don't like the male models in the game who knows they don't seem to be as flashy or fun to play as their female counter parts. and also like you i am causal so i am not looking for the best teams comps. i just use what ever is flashy and fun lol.

@@f0kiu you can stick with jinshis weapon. It’s not his best in slot but the damage will be decent to help you clear any type of content once you’re jiyan is fully built. It will also help you save resources

@@kryde101 sorry for not including that in the video. Power creeping is simply a comparison between an old character and a new character where the new character does everything the old character can do but better. It can be in terms of damage, buffing, crowd control, exploration utility, ease of playstyle etc. A great example is Calcharo and xiangli yao(XY). XY can do better damage, has interruption resistance, has long liberation duration etc than calcharo. The only thing calcharo has going for him is the cool factor which is appreciated by a small amount of people( myself included). Hope this helps

@@mikoroy8859 yes as long as your changli is well built as a sub dps deal damage which can make up for Jiyan’s damage loss since you’re not running his best team

It takes too long if you want to get all the buffs for jiyan to deal damage in the first rotation. You can get Verina outro fairly quickly so I focus on getting that one first for jiyan’s first damage window. I mostly do this with all my hypercarry teams because challenges that are restricted by a timer like the tower of adversity wants you to deal damage as quickly as possible so filling everybody’s concerto energy to the fullest in the first rotation is a waste of time. The best part is that intros will help you fill concerto energy faster in the second rotation

@@itssenpai626 Ok, that's a solid point, however I've seen rotations of 10 seconds to build Verina's and Mortefis concerto energy, getting all of the buffs for Jiyan really easy, so you can deal all Jiyan's damage without a sweat, Taking a "couple" seconds more to fill the concerto on Mortefi and pass it to Jiyan I think is worth enough to justify taking a bit more time

@@JustDavidPlz most of the rotations you see are faster because mortefi uses the cadenza R5 and verina uses the variation r5. It’s kind of like pay to win so i try to mane my showcases general as much as possible so that my viewers can achieve similar results. So if you have those weapons, or plan to pull for them, then absolutely go for it because it’s a game changer

his damage isn't all that high though that seemed to be just about right to me then again i am causal so minimal damage is common lol. but his max output i heard was around 145k so his numbers look about right lol.

I play other characters but my favourites are those it's the dame thing people although they like new shit still want the old ones my main in genshin was diluc and ayaka where they powerkrept yes did I play them yes I quit in like 4.0 so I can't say till 5.0😂

@@sacredwarrior2681 yeah i guess some people just like playing what their used to and never want to get the next big character i understand that and if the game is done right power creep isn't really an issue especially in story mode where they give you trail toons anyway so it doesn't even matter if you built out your toons or not. well at least in the waves that is how it don't know if all these games are that way but i mean i pulled for this character and i don't ever use him along with having all the other enough for the best comps and everything but don't use 90% of them lol. all main dps for me lol they can't kill me if they die first lol.

@@userunknown1030 I mean, as long as they adjust the older units kits and make them relevant again it's not really a problem. And it's certainly less of an issue on single player games than PvP - especially outside of DPS checks. That said... If you take a break from a game for a while, and when you come back you find out that all your characters kinda suck in the current meta... It is a bit annoying. And so is having a roster of dozens of characters, but the power gap is so wide between then that you are incentivised to use the same 2 or 3 teams everywhere. So far, powercreep isn't a big issue on WuWa, though. The characters who where good on release are still good now, and most of the roster can do something unique or perform well at on a certain niche. (Very few characters feel truly useless.)

Ikr , you need 2.3 million for talents , and everything to be maxed out. People will eventually upgrade to newer and better units. But if a unit is good for even 6 patches , that's more than enough. Besides it's not like you can't use them. There are niche situations where they will still be viable. ...and as you said , they only place they will even get locked out of is maybe TOA hazard stage or the last stage of any new form of endgame they launch. You might lose a 100 asterite here or there if you choose to take a break and come back , but that's about it.

yeah he was a pretty weak main dps even the rover character does more damage then him in its havoc forum so yeah he was kind of crap first pull. lucky i got him and his weapon pretty much in the first 3 pulls of each so didn't waste to much resource on him. as far as for pulling since i have been playing free to play and all other character out class him by a country mile.
