Because he more than deserved it, he has no manners. Bringing a bottle of anything is just plain stupid and asking for an altercation. None of them require a bottle nor do they need it, it is clearly just causing problems. I don’t know why anyone would think this would be a good idea.
Babies need milk from their mothers not from a human and that’s not milk in that bottle. Looks to be juice or something, nobody should be bottle feeding any of them period.
