I really hope this "trend" of making roblox games costing real money doesn't get too big, because it will be really bad to see every new game being overpriced like that. With 20 bucks u can buy a lot of better games, for example terraria, an 200+ hours experience of gameplay for most players. (and JJI is literally 30 bucks like wth)
some roblox players in this community dont like playing good games, thats why theres a lot of people who have $5k pcs and refuse to play something like sekiro or street fighter 6 and spend over $100 on gpo
No it won't, because it's literally against the roblox user license agreement and therefor they can be sued for breach of contract. Not only that but they are charging money for intellectual property that's not their's without even crediting the owners and creators of JJK, not only that but they've made hundreds of thousands of dollars of profit off of it meaning deoending where they live they could legally be put in jail for this.
As someone who bought tester, I don't have that many grabs against the game other than of course there should be a lot more things to do in the open world, maybe another place entirely (Like Tokyo or Shibuya), and of course a lot more balancing on DE. What I will say though is that the devs are incredibly active though (as of currently) with them engaging with the community. I do think for their other projects they weren't as passionate and didn't see that sort of support for their games there. Think like Game-Jams or projects to add to a portfolio. Yet, I still have incredibly high faith in the developers that they certainly will release a great game. Yapping simplified: They're doing a great job as of currently.
Yea I agree, I was really disappointed with how they handled their other project since I was a big fan of titan warfare and to see thrown into the trash just left a bad impression. I think jujutsu infinite is fine as long as they keep being active
I think Toji’s heavenly restriction should have a low chance of spawning with you, but if you then don’t get it, when you first load the game you could maybe do a fun quest line where you can then get it.
If you spawn with it you’re locked out of cursed techniques tho. I feel like there should be a difficult quest for it and it should be more balanced so not everyone goes for it
the devs have already said when the game releases heavenly restriction will be unlocked via a questline, the gamepass is just there for people who want it and dont want to do the quests for it

The game probably preys on the fact that if you are willing to spend 30 dollars to purchase it then there's a good chance you would be willing to pay for other aspects of the game that grant you an advantage
You're forgetting to mention the part where they breached the user license agreement with roblox and are literally charging people for content they stole without even crediting the creators of it.
Thats not the point, your not OBLIGED to test the game but they definitely do WANT you to spend 30$ on it to test its features, and even then 30$ for testing a roblox indie game is outrageous, keep in mind this is one of the better jjk games in the last 400 years so obviously people are gonna be inclined to spend money on it
I think that it should be a thing that if you are offering tester for usd you are required to have a confirmed release date given to the public or at least a range. Because what these devs are gonna start doing, is making tester 30 to 40 dollars, not giving the rest of the people at least a time frame to expect a release, then after months those same people cave in and buy tester. If you think about it its a solid play, but still a bit scummy
Mastery is super easy to level up, there's items that give you 2x exp and mastery, plus there's a super mastery that you gain when you do a mission and that gives alot of mastery
they're probably not gonna wipe tester data since theres literally tester exclusive items that you get in the main game like the haien era stuff and the beads + the gauntlets that drop from the volcano boss

It makes sense why the rates are high cuz of the shindo like innate bag which allows u to keep everything and switch between them so it’s quite fair (doesn’t matter if u Cant buy the gamepass low rates are there to stop p2w players.)
The mastery system isnt bad because theres quests once you get to grade 1 and special grade that allows you to level up all equipped innates/weapons without having to finish with your last move. The only thing their wiping are levels. Not spins/techniques/mastery/items , not sure about money tho.
Its low-key odd that a game with such an open world and straight up flying doesn't give xp for exploring the map. Or giving out secret rewards in hidden areas or even curses/curse users to hunt around for. This has been an issue for a lot of modern roblox anime games, theres a whole huge map but the main progression is a mission board that tps you to an area with spawned in NPCs and then you spawn back to the board after you win. I know arcane odyssey selling us rn but it still has overworld prog worth taking notes from.
Just for letting u know, they're not reseting us any type of data, as MUCH, they're reseting the lvls, and as i said AS MUCH, they said that we will mostly keep everything :)
jujutsu infinite is a pretty good example of whats wrong with both old and new roblox games. it has so many issues, from the pve to the pay to win to the spin system, and literally its only strong suit is pvp which has its own set of issues. almost every game is like this. the game will just consist of you beating up npcs for days until u get to max level, engage in some form of rng where the odds are heavily stacked against u, just so then u can fight some people every now and then. these games focus so much on pvp and then the pvp still ends up having mad issues. if a game has so many elements besides pvp that nearly all of them suck, can u even call it a good game? coupled with the 30 dollar price tag, this game is emblematic of current anime roblox to a T.

i get where this video is coming from, the paywall stuff is most likely going to be free when the game releases. But the part about doing the same missions over and over does get annoying but then again that is the best way to progress, in almost every game we beat npc it dosent matter i think the part that makes it braindead is the part they arent hard to deafeat as you said when u were fighting play like ai curses it was fun.

Idk why people hate pve, like in large quantities such as blox fruits it is annoying but if you completely remove it then all player who want to fight but suck at PvP basically can’t play the game, in my opinion every rpg on Roblox at least needs some pve and it should be a good way to lvl up, but it being optional is what it should be, so stop asking to remove or make pve irrelevant, I know this isn’t what my boi is saying but a lot of people would rather not have it so yeah that’s my opinion
I'm pretty sure they are resetting data, but just minor things like levels,mastery, and money. Maybe even ranks like special grade and ect, but they aren't resetting innate techniques or items. Heian era gauntlets will become unobtainable after the testing phase when the game releases
I hope they reduce the price after more and more of the game gets done, easing people in based on price but that might just be me not knowing anything about making games 💀

bought it yesterday, and im having fun, however, i will say that they need more content, its literally a bandit beater and feels like the devs care more about their followers on roblox than the game, hoping it wasn't a waste

As someone who bought the game, I personally feel like I got what I paid for. Anyone who paid should have been well aware that they bought TESTER for a unfinished game. Anybody that did complain after their purchase just simply didnt read about a $30 purchase.
See this is the issue, a lot of people are under the impression that this is the game in it’s entirety due to lack of communication and simple naivety of the general roblox community. Simply shouldn’t be sold off site if it was 2,400 robux on roblox it would make way more sense

As someone who got the game, I feel like I should clarify some stuff 1. This is in paid tester phase, NOT the actual game. It is not finished and is expected to fully release in 2024 for free. Also there are going to be several updates 2. I only got the game cuz I had some money to spend. Is it overpriced? Sorta cuz you can grind and get a bunch of stuff like 6 months before it comes out. 3. If you don't like grinding a lot, don't get it. A decent part of grinding is RNG and you might waste your life trying to get what you need. Ik sum of this stuff was said but still

Imo 30$ for the only good jjk game on roblox is pretty fair, especially because the devs are extremely active with the community and are willing to take multiple suggestions. The devs stopped updating Neo soccer league and titan warfare to focus on jujutsu infinite. The profit from those games are going directly into jj infinite. Also if 30$ is overpriced then you'd explode when you see the holy war X prices 💀💀
$30 for a game that just has a ton of stuff other games have but worse is crazy like deepwoken is $5 and its like one of the best games on the platform they cannot be charging AAA prices on roblox lmaoo
$30 is around R$150 which is exactly 11% of the current minimum wage. and considering the fact that in my country a good computer costs on average R$:50,000 which is just a little expensive (its like 10 thousand dollars)
I honestly feel like $30 is cheap compared to hwx or even rellseas which requires a $10 monthly purchase js to get into the raffles for tester but you get to keep tester for jji even if subscription is over

Well for drops it makes sense because most roblox games are driven by rng and after you get trhough that part its easy to get the drops and for the mastery system its not hard to get mastery at all considering they added an extremely f2p way with common drops for 2x exp and mastery and once you are max level it takes like one boss quest to get like 140 mastery @@TechyOP_
W but I’m just tired of the process of reaching max level being such a tedious and boring experience it just feels I dunno monotonous. It’s good they made mastery take a huge leap once you reach those special grade levels.
