I'm glad Eric got it together after all these years. Especially glad Julia stepped in to save Emma's life. I've been an Eric fan since the 80s & I'm proud of his personal accomplishments!
its a shame if no one knows eric roberts, hes one of my favorite actors ,always will be, and he is so handsome even as he gets older he ages quite nicley, everyone has problems and issues , but its what you do to make it right that counts. i am a big fan of julia also and his daughter is an amazing actress.

@@eyemnew2991 so sad, yes i lived in Louisiana for a year and 3.months , wanted to go to gilleys in texas ,but never did, that was the time Urban Cowboy came out in theaters, i was 18 then and use to go to bars and 2 step to his music cause most of what u had was country and i prefer 70s rock. but it was fun while i was there.
He should be greatful in hindsight that Julia did what she thought was best for her niece. That isn't choosing a side it's being an adult. It seems like it was done with the best intensions and not spite. I am an aunt of nieces with divorced parents. There are times where you have to say to your sibling you are not helping your child by doing x y and z . You will be in the firing line however to be the best aunt you can't always side with your blood. You have to do what is right by the kids. You have to hope that the adult can in time understand why you did x or y. If they can't at least the child will love and respect you when they grow up much like her niece does now. Doing the right thing sucks sometimes.
I believe Eric Roberts is a gifted actor. He was like Anthony Perkins in Psycho. Eric was so good at playing Paul Snider in STAR 80, he WAS Paul Snider. He could have won an Academy Award for that role or RUNAWAY TRAIN.
I heard that eric 's dad & mom divorced the dad took eric & the mom kept Julia & her sister so it's sad they did not grow up together. According to many people eric took julia all over to get her auditions so I'd think she should at least be gracious b/c without him she probably would not have become a star. Of course she was talented but it takes the opportunity which many dont get.
Eric Roberts was gorgeous back in the day. He's still a nice looking man however I remember how women use to go crazy over him and they all wanted to play in his hair. That man has beautiful hair.
Julia did the right thing sticking up for Emma's mother eric wasn't fit to be in his daughter's life at the time because of his drug addiction which is the real reason why Julia also became estranged from Eric I'm glad that they have mended their relationship

I love him as a person and actor but more than that very happy to see he’s seen the light and continues to act. My husband and I love his movies especially when acting like a deranged Doctor who always falling in love with very young woman. Eric was and probably still is a wonderful actor he may not be at the very top of his profession but he is not worse than his sister in my view . He loves her very much so it's great to see forgiveness from her, life is short we all make mistakes and yes Robert has been naughty and bad, but he is better for it now.
