As the producer of this project, I believe no matter what style of martial arts you practice the gains can be immense and life changing for many. Good schools can pillars of a community. They don't just teach self defense. They nurture and inspire young minds to find the best versions of themselves. They teach focus, discipline and motivate youth to be kind but aware, merciful yet aggressive, responsibility and sacrifice. The physical gains of martial arts merely scratch the surface of its true benefits. Practicing martial arts can be therapeutic for the mind, soul and social needs of anyone.
