Me as a filipino, I didn't want to waste my time and prime in my own country due to rotten government system, low salary and high cost of living. So I strived hard and finally landed a stable job here in Miami, Florida, USA.

yeah MANILA is actually has alot of tall buildings than Seoul but Busan has more skyscrapers than Cebu in short Tall Buildings in the Philippines is only concentrated in MANILA while in South Korea the development of highrise are evenly distributed.
