Hey Michael. I have a question about noticing the feeling and letting go. Do you find yourself or others trembling when the feeling releases? For me my body starts shaking for a bit just like animals do after they had a traumatic event, they go lay on the ground and shake it off so to speak. I assume this is a possive thing. Just wondering have you seen others have this?
