Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. You are an earth sign - routine, stability, planning, are all strengths.

I ❤ your channel! I’m a 12 year adderall addict still trying to find recovery and there isn’t enough content on RU-vid that is relevant to that particular brand of high that makes you feel invincible and perfect.

It really is a different kind of high. If it didn't change for me, like the high went from happy, focused and energetic to something dark and isolating, I probably would still be in active addiction. I hope you find your recovery. Thank you for telling me this Channel helps you. That means a lot.

@@laurenstone5436 for me I’ve had to realize that the first 2 “honeymoon” years are never coming back. Your video about giving our brains the credit is awesome. I’m going to Israel for the next three weeks, then I’m getting back into the pool and meditating every day. Exercise really is the best drug.

I just found your videos online today. Thanks for all your videos. Your honesty and advice is very valuable. Of all the Adderall videos on RU-vid, I find yours most honest, informative and helpful. Your advice is priceless. I truly appreciate the information you are providing the public. You are AWESOME!!

Yes because everyone tells me I can’t get anything done I’m lazy I’m not trying when my body is recovering from trauma which is why I got on Adderall in the first place to have energy but then it took a turn for the worst and I got addicted and couldn’t stay on it. Now I’m even less energetic as to before and I am always tempted to go back to the doctor to get it refilled so I can lose weight have energy but I’m not going to relapse again this time this is the longest I’ve made it sober one month and I’m going to stay sober I can’t go through the isolating nightmare it kept giving me every time the highs got to where they were less and less until then they stopped and I was addicted. When I got off of it finally I couldn’t taste or get any pleasure out of eating normal things people get pleasure from but my brain is slowly healing and getting that back.

I do hope you start feeling better. Make sure you try to exercise. It was the only thing that helped me.

Hey I’m on the same rollercoaster as well. Instead of adderal I’m using Ritalin. Less powerful but same shit.. Something you can try for the weightloss is called Ozempec. You won’t feel hungry for days, it gives you time to make better eating decisions. It also helps start intermittent fasting. It might work for you Good to see you Lauren. Hope to see the hair red ☺️
