For me WAYNE was the the best rapper in 2002-2013. And he hit his peak in 2008-2012 . Nobody was touching him through these times, and that’s what makes him the GOAT!.

Lol he hit his peak starting in end of 2005 with Carter 2. His best work was done from carter 2-carter 3, with the mixtapes in between included.
