As as Puerto Rican born and raised in the island, it is extremely unfair how I had to move to the states and leave my family behind because the cost of living is so expensive and the pay wages are so low. While he's moving there because he will be making more money and paying less in taxes.

As a Puertorican I say that living here is great as long as you have loads of money so of course he will love it and motivate anyone to move out here. Now, middle class and the poor are the ones that are really fucked over here.

Dead inside, no parkour or sports outdoor through the winter; everything had to be planned. When I came back home, everything just happens, friends and people are everywhere near. Lovely to see him in love and hey!!, if he's got money he is gonna love it even more.

I talk about this on my channel and fell for it myself. As a Minnesota-born bloke I was not ready for the Summer's here, but I love everything else. I am moving on from the island to more remote areas, because it has become way too trendy to move here. The luster of the island gets lost more with each gringo that moves here. We have an incredible ability to ruin the originality of a place we start herding to. IMO it's not good, but the only way to change it is for me to move farther from gringos.

You only have to live in Puerto Rico half the year, 183 days for the tax break. For those afraid of hurricane season, it is 6 months so you could just live somewhere else during that time.

It even had car dealerships' cars being shipped. The boat I was on, sank in a hurricane with the crew that relieved us. I went home, they took over, and on a trip to Puerto Rico, they were caught in a hurricane. Hurricane Andrew, I think. Remember, P.R. is one of the many "SPEED BUMPs" for these newer, MASSIVE hurricanes that have been coming since Hurricane Katrina destroyed my home in 2005. YOU better have spare generators, spare SOLAR PANELS secured in a spot that wont let them get broke or ruined by flooding, as well as the DC to AC converter, and battery packs. Plus keep tons of bottled water, Level 3+ bulletproof vest, and the CONDOR AIR-FORCE air rifle that shoots .30 caliber pellets with enough force to penetrate and kill a wild hog. You dont need a gun permit or back ground check for that. IF You can own AR15's there, and handguns,..Id suggest you get one.
