I know lonley. I hung my "self worth" on being a good woker at work, nobody could outperform me at work. I was the best. Then I lost that job. I came home to an apartment where everything cosisted of plastic. Pursue relationships rather than a career. Dont make the misstakes i did. You are still young. Go pursue relationships.
Your video has me really thinking. Think of how unnatural it is for the human being to live alone. It goes against what our very species evolved to be as social creatures. It would be like a cat who came home to sleep on a rock surrounded by water every night, convinced that it was happy there. It's absolutely valid to feel lonely coming home to an empty setting. While I can vouch for being alone as a means to recharge and contemplate and work, I can also say from experience that it can be good to be alone, but not when you're already lonely.
