According to canon lore all Demon lords are actually avatars of the sin they represent and each individual avatar is weaker then the totality of that sin. Ogudomon can be fused from 7 of the demon lords and cannot be defeated by a being with malice intent, AKA Lucemon X. The demon lords also canonically fear Grandracmon who should be equal or stronger than Ogudomon and Unsealed Zeed scales above both

I still doubt if it's the most powerful Digimon because it has to be defeated in manga because as we all know "Villains never wins" XD

Final chapter full story of digimon chronicle x-3 is out now and I have read the full version of it. Any way I don't want to spoil much. Ogudomon x data is similar to digital world god, yup the story confirms that yggdrasil is the god and is the one lucemon rebelled against, since digimon cannot touch or hurt yggdrasil (except 2 special digimon, zeedgarurumon and victorygreymon), is the reason why attacks made from all those thousands of digimon including royal knights was not doing anything to ogudumon x, lucemon x was going to use ogudomon x power to destroy and recreate a new digital world, similar to how ulforceveedramon counters arcadiamon, jesmon os generic counters ogudumon x abilities, that is how he was defeated at the end since jesmon altered ogudomon x data temporarily and change the laws, he then used knights intruder to finish the job. Basically ogudomon x rivals N.E.O in power and abilities. I just gave you an short summary, there is alot of things that happened before and afterwards, like the lore behind lucemon and yggdrasil, diablomon x multiplying to 1m copies of himself etc..

Technically the fused form of the X-Antibody Demon Lord Digimon is far stronger than Lucemon X.

Ogudumon x now exists who is an fusion of all demon lord x. But even then before this guys existence I would have not agreed with you. Lucemon has many feets like the child for sealing away fanglongmon, taking on the 10 legendary heroes and what not but then you have scenarios like gankoomon tanking lucemon x attack this is gankoomon without his x form, there are alot of variables to digimon, e.g. omegamon x which alot of people thought were overpowered the new Chronicle story made him look weak. I know you have looked at the bigger picture with the whole multiverse thing, really depends on the story at the end.

I wonder were would Eniac,ABC,homeros and overlord gaia rank on the digimon cosmic scale seeing as there are also one of or the oldest of the gods or creators of the digital multiverse

Talking about the video, but sorry mate Lucemon X is not the Digimon more powerful when you have a beast like GranDracmon and when its profile says it boasts of such power that even the Seven Great Demon Lords cannot interfere with it. In the mini manga has not appear Alphamon capable to fight and win against Zeed. Here some data about Alphamon. It has the Alpha force ability to stop time, itself cannot be affect by time, Alphamon has the ability to summon a being from another dimension, if someone wants to send Alphamon another time space doesn't work he can get out. Aphalmon can travel dimension and become a sexy detective XD. Finally he/she has Kyūkyokusenjin Ouryūken blade capable to cut down beings without physical form.
