You have to love Matthew he's such a good actor but more so a real genuine down to earth person who takes care of his own and will stand up with you as long as you're true to him and his family. We are so proud that he's a real Texas treasure
He made the right choice. I have much greater respect for him as an actor. His roles on Wolf of Wall Street and Dallas Buyers Club are epic. Bravo Matthew. Plus he is a true real man. Not many of those anymore.

I'm an amatur guitar player that now Plays the Blues. Tuesday nights I get on stage in front of Real Blues Musicians that have played for years at an Open Mic Jam Session. Some musicians in the crowd still won't get up and play. When I do it I feel ALIVE and LIFTED in my abilities. Matthew is a great actor today because of his talent but more for his drive and desire to push himself forward against all odds and possibly ruining his career. That's Brave and Smart at the same time!

I love that movie, “ The Lincoln Lawyer!” I’ve got it saved to watch and I need to watch it again. A friend of mine let me borrow hers and that was my favorite out of all the stack of movies she let me watch! True. That is a great movie.

He’s so normal. I may not like the “ raunchy” movies he made but he’s made more underrated movie than he’s been acknowledged for. He’s a man’s man and I think that’s why everyone likes him. And he’s cool.
I always liked him. Dallas Buyers Club made me love him! When I heard him say na na na na boo boo, I am stunned into silence. The only person I know who says that is my granddaughter. Said it since she was 3. What a gem of an actor!

He Played the Charactor Role as a Truck Driver in a Movie about a True Story with Bill Murrey in the Title Role where Murrey's character was left with a Elephant from his father's Estate that he trys to find a way to get to California on the cheap!

You the man. I have always admired you. Do what you want in live not what some whole behind a desk says he thinks would work for you. I’ve always tried to do that, and like you haven’t faired all that well. But my mom told me on my latest adventure that I should go for it because you are older now and the prospects just aren’t lining up outside. It turned out to be a great 👍 idea but has cost me some major problems. My mom got hurt and since I wasn’t there to run her off. My sister swooped in and basically destroyed my moms life and ruined my fathers memories. But hey, just have to pickup the pieces and move on. Thank you.
I’ve always really liked Matthew. I’ve watched most of his movies and many of his interviews. Although I do not know him personally he’s always came across as a very kind, intelligent and well rounded young man. I wish him and his family the best in life. I’m looking forward to seeing him in more serious rolls even if I’m a little sad he’s no longer doing romcoms because, well what can I say he’s just one heck of a great actor.
When you get older you should begin to understand that success comes from good decisions and experience and good decisions making comes from learning from your bad decisions IE your mistakes.
I've really enjoyed "Interstellar" a lot!!! There's so much more to that movie than we can possibly imagine! His daughter's ghost was gravity as how we communicate in Dispensations!!!

The first time I saw Matthew was in WE ARE MARSHALL. He was wonderful in a tough role. Then I started looking for his past movies on TV. He was cute and funny in the rom-coms, and I thought he was darling. Then I saw A TIME TO KILL on TV. I thought,”He’s got such talent. Why doesn’t he do more dramatic roles?” I figured (rightly so, it appears) he didn’t get those roles offered to him. When I sat through FOOL’S GOLD in a theater, paying money for that tripe, I really thought,”He’s GOT to move away from this stuff.” When I saw him talking about his decision and holding out for a really good drama, and he’d fight to get it, I was thrilled. I started seeing him in dramas and knew Hollywood finally caught on. DALLAS BUYER’S CLUB and that Oscar proved his point. I’m so happy for him. The mix of drama and comedy is fine now. I love to see him be sexy and funny. But now he’s got a body of work that proves he can do anything. Now he’s offered both and it’s his choice as to what he accepts. He’s going to be great in whatever he does. And I’ve pushed FOOL’S GOLD out of my mind. Love, love, LOVE Matthew. Even when he’s an animated voice in SING he’s great to watch. What a fabulous actor (and person) he is. I can’t wait until he starts his new Taylor Sheridan series. Two boys from Texas; they’re going to do amazing work together.
