I think that the difference is that some men love their job, their trade, and it shows through the way they communicate with the clients or customers. They have patience with questions or enquiries. And they will do their job thoroughly, even if it goes over their work hours or lunch breaks.. And then you have the guys who really don't like their jobs, which means they have no passion or patience when a client or customer asks a simple question, or offers a solution. I feel sorry for those guys, because quite often, they have been through a lot with their bosses or work colleagues or the hardships of working full time etc Big up to All of our hardworking men, even the grumpy ones ❤
