I disagree, I have plenty of free time to ride my Harleys, create content, go on vacations with my family, go shopping when I want, work out in the gym, go fishing, hit the bars and still put in 40 hours a week. The fact of the matter is that most men run from responsibility and are not man enough to provide for a household so they make excuses for being a Baby Boy. My Wife takes care of the kids, cooks, cleans, takes them to piano lessons, guitar lessons, schooling, baseball and softball practice, all of their games, grocery shopping. I only grill and smoke meat about twice a month. You baby boys are not man enough to put in the work, not man enough to grind, and are baby boys who cannot attract a submissive feminine woman because you are not man enough.
That's cap when you are in a good marriage as I've been for over 27 years with kids who are mostly grown. We don't live in this world alone so inherently there's a level of responsibility required. The issue is balancing. I've been single and married and I prefer my stable family life.

Men.. I agree with coach. I'm divorced after a 24yr relationship. Now in my mid 50's Got in great shape (6'4 235lbs) salt n pepper beard. I actually remodel my home over a 3yr period to reflect my taste. It's beautiful now. The money you save being single is ridiculous. I dont do the JUCO. I have a rotation of older 40+ women. They follow directions and understand their role. I will add to coaches video with doing gym 6-7 times per week, weights, cardio, stretching and 20mins daily in sauna to remove toxins. Get hobbies like golf, pickleball, spin classes. I truly believe a divorce favors men after the first 2-3yrs. Freedom is unmatched. Stay up Stay wise Stay masculine

The first advice I give a man going through a divorce is "when the world is treating you like shizz, take good care of yourself". What I mean is buy some new clothes,eat good and healthy, take that trip you never could as a married man, get yourself that car you want, take your vitamins, work out etc.
Not just the gym but also an annual physical with blood/ lab testing for prevention of chronic illnesses like cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, etc. If you are over 50, you need a colonoscopy at least once every 10 years (every 5 years if there's cancer history in your family). Im 42 years old. Been single since 2012. I have a gf now of 2 months after dating for the last 7 months. I told her straight UP. I WILL NOT sacrifice my self care for her or kids. Since I was a teen, one my joys of life is getting fly, haircut, mani/pedi, picking up a pair of Ferragamos, nice slacks and a shirt. A solo lunch at a 4 star restaurant. Finishing off my Saturday meeting up with the fellas to fellowship over business ideas and women in the vicinity. She KNOWS I will RUN if she interferes with my joy. My mama even told her to her face that he's not gonna sacrifice his self care for anybody.
Guys, I realized over the weekend again, no matter what problems you have at work or with women. The number ONE thing is your health. I told myself that from now on, I would quit drinking, smoking occasionally and stop eating processed food, only organic from here on out! Once you look into the abyss, you realize everything else doesn’t matter.

Awhile back I went to Red Lobster and ate solo at the bar. I was watching some videos on my phone and enjoying my meal in peace. I was shocked at how little the bill was all things considered. Then I remembered if I would have taken some bish, the bill would have been more then double.

This is very true, its paramount that men take care of their physical and mental health and their finances first, because if you are not mentally and physically healthy and your finances are not in order you can't take care of a family or lead in a healthy relationship.

One more thing, I saw videos recently about the history of shoes and how our feet change shape over even a few months of wearing narrow shoes. I'm not gonna tell you we need to stop wearing narrow shoes, cause even I know they look too good to pass up on, but you HAVE to get those gel toe-separators. Spreading out your foot's bones will save you from any curvatures or damage to your tendons, ligaments & joints. Your feet's archs will thank you in return with flexibility longevity & no future pain. (I said I wasn't gonna write a big comment and I did... Lmfao 😭)
You're right when you say health is everything. My dad passed away due to his stubbornness about his health-neglecting doctor visits and check-ups, etc. Though I'm only 21 with a lot of life ahead, I take health very seriously. Good tip.
Thanks Coach for reminding me that I need to do more of this. Im currently unemployed right now because of the massive layoffs happening recently, but taking advantage of this time to focus on my music/DJing. Keeping myself in the gym and getting massages (occasionally), getting out to the beach to get that beach air, just trying to enjoy this forced time off before having to work a 9-to-5 again. I can't spend too much obviously because unemployment, but I'm still trying to make do with what I have.
Start a RU-vid channel playing DJ sets on scenic areas, balcony or even inside the house. You can quickly gain subscribers and be monitised in 3 months and if you research it hard and out in the work, you could be making full time money in a year
