4:25 the 3/4 beat feels like a halftime 4/4 beat (if it were 3/4, the snare would fall on the 1). That's probably the "unique bounce" you were talking about
nah, if you halftime 3/4 you get 6/8 signature which is basically most of what people consider 3/4 in pop/rap/rnb. There is not much actual 3/4 since you would have to do a kick on 1 and snares/cymbals on 2 and 3 which is counterintuitive
