My grand grand grand father was called the Hercules of arab , because he drinks a lot of milk directly from the sheeps and cows and with that he got stronger bones and became very tall .

I agree. In my country, the communities which have agriculture and dairy as their livelihoods are very tall and strong. One such community is jaat, and many of my jaat friends are 6'4-6'5 in height and muscular built.

If we go by Mendelian principles, being able to drink milk is genetic, but it's a recessive trait, not a dominant one, and since the ancestors of Europeans were in the Steppes before migrating to Europe as the Yamnaya, Europeans are able to digest milk.

Needs to be Vitamin D Whole Milk and it helps to have Magnesium to go along with it which, helps the body absorb the Calcium from the Vitamin D Whole Milk even more.

If you want to strengthen your bones, then you should try to eat a balanced diet with plenty of vitamins & minerals and lift heavy weights or do other activities that put stress on your bones but not enought to break them. Over time your bones will get stronger.

Silica is the most important nutrient for strong bones healthy skin nails and hair! I don’t know why doctors don’t talk more about this. Bamboo is tuff hard and stiff because they’re made up of 70% or higher of SILICA!

Need vitamin k2 for the calcium to go into the bones; drink grass-fed milk, eat cheese and others; milk kefir is really good as well as sauerkraut, kimchi, and natto(Japanese fermented beans) But also eat foods with Vit D , A and manegsium to make it all work.

Also milk cause you to age quicker u will look 2 time older than your actual age one time a teacher told us that milk now a days are really bad and an art teacher told us she used to drink a lot of milk when she was little and now she stopped it completely cause it isn’t good and she is in her 40s but doesn’t look like one she’s eating good with veggies diet

Very misleading title. Milk alone probably won't build bones, but it is a very useful tool. Sure, calcium isn't the only mineral or vitamin needed to make bone, but it is necessary, and milk does provide large amounts of it relatively conveniently compared to other sources. The bioavailability of a food is something to consider too, milk has a higher bioavailability than most plant sources of food. Bioavailability is the measure of how well our bodies absorb nutrients, the higher it is the better they are absorbed.

milk has protein...which is considered as animal protein and animal protein makes your blood acidic and your body needs to make it neutral so your body takes phosphorus and calcium from your bones to make is neutral and discharge calcium through urine...though milk has calcium its no use since your body is leaching that calcium out making your bones weaker.

Have you ever thought how cows get their calcium? From food of course! Have a quick search to find out which foods are rich in calcium. For example broccoli, nuts, and oranges have a lot.

As much as you're saying, we shouldn't drink milk for strong bones. You're bullshitting this. I am sorry, I play alot of football and broke my bones multiple times when I wasn't drinking milk at all. I started drinking milk on a daily basis, and now my bones and teeth are very strong. I haven't had any bone injuries in 7 years now. Plus, I am able to carry more load on my back, and it doesn't hurt anymore.
