So a few points I’ve gotta make The End is not the end of the game, nor is it necessary Like you said, new things feel like they have no reason for you to come back to them. Well, that’s not really what they’re for. That would be like saying that bees being added doesn’t really add anything to the game, and therefore you’d not need to go back to them They aren’t for game progression. Not everything - nor does anything they add - necessarily is for progression The elytra is ‘OP’. That’s true. But why wouldn’t I still use a boat, or just walk? It adds to the experience of what Minecraft is. It’s a game that is literally infinitely generating. You can explore for as long as you want. And if you like to fly to do that? Sure. Want to swim, boat or fly across the ocean looking for Ocean Monuments or cool looking terrain? Go ahead. The elytra is not for everyone. That doesn’t make the end bad. I do actually think the breeze rod for fireworks that propel you is cool though
