Too add to the main point, a lot of artists and labels would love for a song to come out but clearing samples and getting verses and instrumentals cleared is usually what stops most modern music from being published as a true song

The worst thing is when you have friends who released a song you loved but changed their mind on it. They let their current direction, or worse, a relationship that fell out with someone associated with the production, get in the way of objectively good music. It does feel like a crime to deprive people of that 😂 especially if they already heard it but never downloaded it

So take your money and create your own radio station to where you can play all of those thousands of songs with a link to each song for people to buy it and see how well they work out and then prove those big executives wrong.
