I just bought out here and already ready to sell. I checked into renting and the numbers look good but recommended people did not get back to me. Thought about owner finance but worried about the economy. Not that I did not like the area or the people, just a opportunity came up that is hard to pass on.
I'm looking to move into the area hopefully as soon as next summer. I want a decent sized lot. I literally don't want to be able to throw a stick and hit a neighbors house. Would it be cheaper to buy land and build or buy existing?
@@obewon2 You'll likely find some options of existing homes on the Big and Little Niangua that could work depending on your budget. Really close to where we filmed this video!
