In this podcast I answer one question in depth about my change in appearance. Ive surprisingly gotten loads of comments and questions surrounding this topic, and have never honestly thought too much in depth on it until I started filming this podcast. Here is my walk through of how and why I changed and "found" my style.

ur style change to me reflects that u just no longer internalize the male gaze which most ppl inherently do. u seem happier, more authentic like ur coming into urself like u said. love that for you, can’t wait to get to that point for myself

Its sad that we blame the male gaze when social media is doing more harm to young girls. In this era we have stop fully blaming men and take accountablity for what we do and take part of. Social media affects young boys in other ways and we have our own issues, but regarding image and beauty girls seem to be more affected. Gossiping and bullying within girl groups can be vicious and it is not males forcings these looks or standards. Guys can be obnoxious and brash but we are pretty simple creatures, on the other hand some girls can be psychological and the games they play i wish on no person.

hi, I just wanted to say this episode was really inspiring. and I totally relate to taking the time out of the day to just think. I used to have to do that, I would go on walks and just think, or when I was driving. and it really does help you connect to yourself and get answers, and I was also a bad sleeper, but when I got to the point where I started to think and connect and be with myself during the day, my sleeping improved. Thanks for the podcast!

surprisingly i asked myself this question maybe around cochela time seeing u with what u wear **is charlotte fashion something differnet from other girls?'', there after i noticed several times indeed u wears different in fashion from what u used to, be it in insta or tik tok. The last time this same question pop up in my mind was when i see u with rileylad in NYFW.
