Hi, I am in a major crisis with this documentation scenario. I have paid half of the fees by borrowing money from my sister, cousin sister, and a friend. I used to transfer my salary to my cousin's account just for saving. and I used that to pay some of the amounts. Now I have 3 sources from where I borrowed around 6 lakhs. I am really confused about how to show the trial. Any suggestions?

Just I was going through my finances, I came to know that my father's name has a spell error of an extra 'a' in his surname in form 16 as compared to other documents. He is a govt employee and this error in name has been since his job start. Will this raise an issue in my Visa? Rest all docs are fine.

Hi Sharmistha, Thanks for the insights! I will be applying for fall 2022 intake. My funds will be sponsored partly through my savings and the rest by my dad. But in my case also my Dad was an NRI(Dubai based). He retired in 2016 and came back to India. Never filed an ITR because the interests he was receiving through his savings never got taxed. We have enough funds to meet the elibility criteria for Ireland, however the ITR part, I will only be able to provide for this year and next year. Will there be a rejection in my case? All the funds sponsored by my father are in the form of FDs which are more than 6months old. He has his service letter from his employer which he got during his retirement, his work visa stamped in his passport and salary slips during his employement tenure. These documents are good enough to prove that he was an NRI and I don't need to worry about the ITR ( as per my consultant) Your thoughts on this ?

If i take all funds from my parents do they have to show that from where they get that money ?

Hi Mam!! I applied for my Irish visa on 20/12/2021.I have prepared a perfect cover letter with the guidence of my counseltant. But at VFS office they told to modify the cover letter because it looks like same as my resume( But it is completely different). With the tension in mind I just prepare a new cover letter and I submitted it to VFS . I just had one question in mind, it'll mean a lot if you could answer that. A friend of my father payed €500 as my confirmation for a seat at the University in March. Since my father's bank account wasn't working. As you mentioned that it has to be a family member that's sponsoring your education, my father happens to be the one who's going to fund my whole education, it's just, those €500 were paid by my father's friend. I hope, that's not the reason my visa might get rejected? She's not a sponsor, just paid €500.

He applied for MSc in Cyber Security however previously has studied for 7 years in the field of Engineering. Applicant has not demonstrated through the documentation provided that the course in Ireland is warranted or needed. Based on the information provided the Visa Officer therefore has decided to refuse the visa. If I appealed it will be approved or not
