@@SGT I agree, they didn't put much thought into it. The problem with Vic3 infamy is that it does nothing. The problem with Vic2 infamy is that it does nothing until 25 at which point it kills you, unless you're strong enough to survive coalitions after which it does nothing. The solution would be to make it graded, and make the higher infamy levels more punishing. Here's how I'd do it: -20 infamy=> lose all non puppet allies -25=> importing goods becomes 100% more expensive -30=> non-core pops gain massive amounts of militancy + GPs get free CB + puppets frequently break free -35=> goods become 200% more expensive + SPs join coalitions + sphere'd countries frequently break free -40=> core pops gain massive amounts of militancy and any new government will instantly release any conquests made in the last 20 years -45=> goods become 300% more expensive and gain additional 100% for every additional 10 infamy -50+=> soldier pops gain massive militancy Basically it would get to the point that your country would self implode even if you are the undisputed #1 GP, but only slightly going above limit wouldn't lead to being gangbanged.
