Noida is good for residence , but but in terms of IT , business, real estate, MNC's Corporates and in trade and commerce "Gurugram" is far far ahead of Noida.
Up people need not be jealous, you have prime examples of chandigarh, mohali(punjab) and panchkula(haryana) which are know for how well they are planned, just bcoz of this there are lot of govt offices, politicians official residences and their real estate market is booming since decades. Same can be possible in noida and greater noida, so take chill pill upites
I live in Delhi and I believe the same, Delhi ka kuch nhi ho sakta. I shifted Delhi along with my parents in 2005. Now i have my own family and baby. For his future and health, i am Already planning to leave Delhi in 3-4 years because of pollution, filth, a large population of derogatory attitude of people and no development planning.
I live in noida from past 11 year and i see the visible changes in terms of safety and crime in noida after Yogi Government. I'm totally agree with your thoughts and what i love about this city is the "Greenery" .

The main issue is crime in Noida and greater Noida … My office is in Noida 144 sector and we can’t even step outside after 8 coz of crime in such places.. for cab movements first police need to be placed for 2 km But there’s no such issue in gurgaun
Undoubtedly, Yogi like CM is enough alone to be better than those adjacent areas. Strong leadership is indeed one of the greatest factors for new businesses to flourish and economic growth.

Absolutely true. Noida, Greater Noida are way way ahead of Gurgaon in terms of infrastructure, greenery, proximity to Delhi, educational institutions, comparative affordability. Post 2004 Supreme Court ceiling orders, Corporate relocation was forced with active nexus of DLF, Vadras and Hooda led Haryana government, whilst, then Mayawati, Akhilesh government didn't make any efforts to attract Corporates as s result of which Noida, Greater Noida lagged behind Gurgaon as a result of which, Real Estate market, commercial, residential both got the hit coupled with political, authority, and fly by night operators builder without any credentials. Now, with Change of state, central government, improved law and order, cleansing of real estate segment, transparent policy framework, , flagship projects like Jewar Airport, logistics hubs, will catalyse the development turning the region into a preferred destination for all in the times to come..

Few queries:- 1. Gurgaon has higher per capita viz-a-viz Noida. 2. Supply of housing is short. In Noida & greater noida there is oversupply. 3. Working population with over 30k are still much more in Gurgaon as compared to Noida. Am not sure how much the quota factor will impact Gurgaon. 4. Crime wise I would say both are equal. 4.
Well during 1990 the gdp of Beijing and Delhi were same, per capita of Delhi was more, but China invested in great infrastructure for Beijing and India stayed with old but modifying infrastructure with Delhi, Beijing got oversupply of houses and lots of societies and buildings .. complete infrastructure change and lots of roads and high buildings.. after 30 years Beijing GDP is 6 times that of Delhi. wait till 2042 and you will see Noida 3 times that of Gurgoan.. as Gurgoan never invested in drainage system or security or garbage system. They just allotted lands to big builders and they build it, but noida Authority made a plan, they made the drainage system, the roads the infrastructure,.. that delayed quick development in noida but will get them fruits in next 2 decades...

@@decentrakesh6090 All i am saying a planned city has a better chance of excelling then an unplanned city, See delhi has more potential then both noida and gurgoan.. but still people are investing in nodia and gurgoan why because of future expansion, city traffic, metro services and all. Now for Gurgoan it's managed by private builders and they have some project called Gurgoan Global city and dwarka expressway covering around 20 sq km both.. well nodia has noida extension ready i.e around 250 sq km.. then noida is well planed at 244 sq km and greater noida at 270 sq km planned and now yeida at around 400 sq km and new nodia at around 200 sq km.. it's like around 900 sq km well planned already implemented and another 600 sq km upcoming.. also menisar will develop in future to add 400 sq km developed area.. otherwise gurgoan 80% and faridabad 80% is unplanned and expanded with demand.. this 80% will become hard to manage in future compared to noida..
Excellent and informative commentary. With a new international airport, new roads, and best state administration in India, Greater Noida has great and bright future. Mr. Modi has changed India and more importantly the mentality of Indians. They are confident of 11:25 themselves and proud of their culture. I hope they will also become supportive of each other and learn their true history. India is unique that despite a 1000 years of foreign rule, it’s Hindu religion and ancient culture has not only survived, it has defeated the foreign culture.
Gurgaon always grows go on field and see it shona Mumbai road ,dwarka expressway Indian largest cloverleaf flyover , spr road see it projects on this road
Ghaziabad infrastructure is same as noida but for jobs people have to go to noida gururam or delhi but for living ghaziabad is top city of India like noida but delhi is worst city for living i live in gurugram and gurugram is also superb city for living and for job too 👍👍
Ghaziabad is manfacturing hub for mechanical and packing literally from needle to rocket parts evrything manfacture here with Navratna companies of Central goverment but it lacks IT and MNCs it has few but not much.
Noida had some potential to grow only until this new area started developing which is Jewar airport which 50-60kms away from here. So Noida/ greater Noida economy will be be distributed again resulting in slow growth..
I have two flats in NOIDA and NOIDA Extension. I am thinking of selling out flats since rate is increasing and cost is going up. Kindly advise can I postpone to sell or sell ?
Also, I would like to ask - Deen Dayal affordable housing jaisi schemes (Stilt+4, low rise floors) Gurugram me hai like signature global, smart world, wo Noida GRNoida me kab tak aane wali hai ?
Just check the population increase of Gurgaon in last 15 years and compare Noidas population ( Noidas development started way before than Gurgaon) . Why Noida has not seen population increase as compared to Gurgaon?
bhai bjp ka propaganda h they are against jats and ahirs and despise harayana having a high revenue producing city they desperately want noida to be the magnet of all investment in this region, lets be honest jewar is a scam like everything else in noida, Jaypee ne 40000 se jyada logo ke paise kha ke khud ko diwalia keh diya, ats ka dhanda band ho rkha h, super tech kuch deliver nhi kar rha, wave walo ka scene kharab h, parsavnath 0 h, noida me sab lease pe h koi freehold nhi, in short bubble h noida and the hate spewing from their side clearly tells that they envy gurgaon and Haryana, fuckin bjp goons cant stand having non Brahmin out of caste system people to flourish.
1. Gurgaon has the airport which is the number one reason for MNCs investing there. This will change with Jewar. 2. Greater Noida and Noida have a graded master plan. This has provisions to limit the population of these towns and make sure they dont become overcrowded. This is based on the Lutyens Delhi concept (Lutyens Delhi was initally planned for 10000 occupents)
Actually I'm from ghaziabad Up. Mene 1 sal noida mei job ki h, or gurgaon mei kuch dina rha pr noida well planed or clean, green city or gurgaon skyscraper bali city NewYork ki tarah feel ata h gurgaon mei

Brilliant analysis... I am 38 years old guy who has been born and brought up in Delhi and have worked in both Gurgaon and Noida since 2003...I have literally seen Gurgaon and Noida being built from scratch and I can tell you that Gurgaon bubble is going to burst soon.. Noida still has some pending issues related to the registry of flats and land (thanks to Maya and Mulayam and Akhilesh). Crime is down but it needs to get better. If Noida can sort this out, it is going to boom like anything. Corporates built Gurgaon coz there was no other option but the same corporate will not even take a week's time to wrap up the shop and go to Noida in a jiffy.
Bubble is when supply is more and demand is less. Gurgaon is still short in supply in comparison to the demand which is actually going to rise even more. State government and centre govt. both are focused in developing Gurugram to international level, and the same is what a corporates, investors, FDI, developers and ofcourse ordinary people look forward to.
@@neerajsaini635 Yes, as I mentioned earlier, Gurgaon does have an edge at the moment but that edge can go up in smoke very quickly IF the UP government shifts their focus on sorting out the issues that I mentioned coz Noida already has the edge of better infrastructure. If the rest of the issues are fixed, then these corporates will not even take a week to shift their shops...I have been working in a corporate environment for almost 20 years now so I'm saying this from experience. Also remember, UP is politically very important as well for both state and center government, rest you are smart enough. I am not saying Gurgaon is going to become irrelevant anytime soon but if UP and Central governments focus a bit more on the issues in Noida, then it is just a matter of time.
@@saurabhbhardwaj1131 You are saying weeks times like its so easy, but its not. Gurugram is now also an aspiration for people around the world and where CEOs and industrialists like to invest. Its the networking and billioniares club which is being established in Gurgaon. For eg, even if Mumbai's infrastructure is not that great still big companies, industrialists, foreign investors and HNIs invest and live there. Gurugram is that next Mumbai, with much better infrastructure and upcoming opportunities for foreign investors and billioniares.
@@neerajsaini635I am sorry to burst your bubble but you are way too optimistic with Gurgaon... may be you have some investment or living there... I understand your concern. Let's agree to disagree and wait and watch. Time will tell soon.
I am just stating facts. This is what I have researched thoroughly and not just making a emotional statement. Same can be read in todays newspapers. Housing sale of Gurugram up by 10% and Noida-Greater Noida down by 23% (Jan-Mar23). You may verify the fact. 🙂
Can anyone answer if Noida G Noida is so developed or better than gurgaon then why GDP is nowhere near gurgaon . The parameters and factors which we are discussing here does not make impact, in reality both are similar in terms of infra . Gurgaon is developed n Noida is developing!
Sir, I do agree with you to some extent. While deciding in which city to reside or purchase property , apart from infrastructure and law & order, one aconsiders factors like job opportunities, education for kids, medical facilities etc. Are there sufficient jobs opportunities for youths to earn their bread & butter in Noida. In the long run only those city would able to success or survive in attracting people, who could be able to provide job opportunities to different types of workers ranging from lower to higher earnings / qualifications. Now, on this job issue, Gurugram appears to be a tough competitor. butter. I would like to request you to prepare a special episode on on existing job opportunities and future scope of job opportunities in both the cities.

Is bhai ko koi IDEA nahi hai ki ek shahar ki aspiration kya hoti hai. Gurugram is an aspiration. It's a brand and wo Noida mein nahi hai. Roads infrastructure se zada wahan ke log us shahar banate hain. Still Gurgaon is not behind in infrastructure as well. In the next five years mein jo developments Gurgaon mein hongi will be world class. Jaise ek company apne best product ko aage apne investors jo pitch karti hai aise hi centre government Gurgaon ko pitch karti hai foreign investors ko. CENTRE GOVERNMENT ka poora focus aaj ke time Gurgaon par hai. Ise abhi ye idea bhi hai ki IGI Delhi airport abhi apne 60% capacity par hi chal raha hai. Aane wale time mein use aur khola jayega. Noida-Greater Noida ko IGI se direct connect karne ke liye roads tyaar ho rahe hain jewar waise bhi Noida se kaafi door hai. THIS GUY HAS NO IDEA hai ground reality ka adhura gyaan pel raha hai!
Every word of this video is a 'judgment' not an analysis !! And who is the editor here? U r explaining geographic situations but hasn't used even a single map !!! kamal hai bhai !
Noida leases 10lakh sqt in three years and Gurgaon in a month. That's is the only difference! Gurgaon is a class and aspirations for big companies and new startups! Just like Mumbai Gurgaon will reach new heights! For eg. Navi Mumbai, Goregaon and other side cities still couldn't beat the demand of properties in Mumbai despite it lacks infrastructure. Mumbai is a class!
Mai sirf nitin gadkari ji ki ek line ko quote karna chaunga-' Haryana ke log jamin na beche hold rakhe unko jamin Sona hai sona' . Gurgaon bahut phele infrastructure mai Noida se aage ho jata yadi gurgaon ka kamaya paisa rohtak mai nhi lagta jo congress kar rahi thi ek caste ke logo ko khush karne ke liye. Wahi aab Yogi govt. Kar rahi hai Noida ka kamaya paisa Varanashi aur Pryagraj par lag raha hai so Noida ka bahut slow development hogi. And just said a name of big builder every one available in gurgaon and other hand Noida developer only Gaur. NOIDA Ki road itni Khali hoti hai kyoki population nhi hai.

As someone who has lived in all these 3 cities.....it's mainly a contest bet ween Noida/G.Noida vs Gurgaon...they both have left Delhi and most cities of India good deal behind......I will share my personal pros/cons that I observed as common citizen:- Noida/G.Noida Pros:- More greenery, less dust than Gurgaon better public transport more safety better water supply No big problematic population like Mewatis who do crimes in Gurgaon. Cons:- -No Nightlife, everything closes after 10pm(now I know many viewers of this channel r hardcore traditionalists &will cry "EVERYCITY SHALL DO THIS"...but it's short-sighted..name me one big global city that closes at night..literally a 3rd of IT companies operate at night,we need to grow our mindset here,Nights become safer once more ppl come out at night like day...this is a very big advantage Gurgaon has over Noida). -Increasing BANGLADESHI POPULATION...this is the biggest danger in long term....every society is filled with maids who r 'M' frm Malda(bengal)...thats where bangladeshis get their fake documents created..it must be paid attention to...they already have destroyed several parts of Delhi. -Extreme difficulty for working bachelors to get flats on rent...which is why many prefer Gurgaon - 'family waale' locals being extremely discrminatory and always messing to bachelors........ this was one of main reasons why bangalore overtook Chennai in becoming India's IT capital. I know the 'cons' that i mentioned many trads will come and shout at me saying "THIS IS NECESSARY!"...but really name me one city that has developed as global city with these cons. You just cant make a big global city with rules forcing skilled youth out of it no matter how much u pump into infrastructure. This is also why IT companies left Varanasi despite personal push frm PM Modi...as many young ppl simply didnt want to wrk there.
