I feel so uncomfortable because of heavy brest. To be honest, I really want to reduce my brest size, and I feel so stressed and dispersed due to it. I really feel very uncomfortable to going out even I don’t feel comfortable in my college.
I was 12 when I got publicly groped by a fully grown man. Couldn’t get over the trauma for days. At this point I’d be able to react spontaneously to such a situation and maybe not feel so traumatised in the aftermath. But when you do nothing about something so wrong, the guilt of not reacting to it stays with you no matter what age you are in. It’s so weird that I’ve forgotten most of the things that happened during that phase in my life but not the times when men publicly crossed their boundaries with me knowing that I’m a kid with a mature body and thus won’t have the maturity to act approately and get them in trouble. As I entered adulthood these cases of unwanted attention got limited to leering that too I was able to handle in a very stringent manner spontaneously. Men take advantage of teens who have this issue and that’s the worst part of looking older than you are as a kid.

I got puberty at very early age of 11 yrs. My whole family was shocked. Now I am 18. And it was very hard to understand the new changes to my body as a child. It was so disturbing.
I cried when I got periods for the first time... Whenever I got my period late.. I use to fear though I never had a boyfriend... it was just... This is why I am Vegan as well. I know plants have life and emotions but they are not abuse like poor cows are. My parents though still force me to consume dairy and don't believe my words at all.

This topic hits me personally hittin puberty at a very early stage has hit me really really hard I got my first periods when i was in 4th std. I don't know how i gained alot of weight during my early teenage. Can never ever forget the constant body shaming i had to face it lead me towards depression. I hit my puberty at 10. This kinda ruined a lot of my childhood memories cuz at such a young age I was restricted from playing with my friends and at one point I was also no longer allowed to wear skirts outside as apparently "I was a grown girl", this made me really insecure and self conscious about myself especially when I was other girls my age happily playing without any problem. I couldn't even share that with my friends cuz nobody knew what period was at that time.

The issue of early puberty is very concerning but the solution to it is more. Turning vegan is not the solution as when a person turns vegan he/she has stopped consuming so many nutrients which are specifically found in animal based sources which leads to various life threatening problems. There is a very infamous case of a vegan mother who fed her child only vegan milk and the kid died. Cow's milk is a very important source of nutrition for a growing child and should never be changed to vegan milk and this goes for pregnant women too, don't change to vegan milk without consulting a doctor. Veganism has its own benefits but at the same time also has many disadvantages , consulting a doctor is a must before making such major changes in lifestyle.
My friends and I were already aware about puberty, sex and all things puberty(in 9th. standard). Later they got their periods sooner than me because they were a few months older than me, and I felt so bad to be the only one left😆🤦, Later even I got my periods in the school and guess what both my friends stayed at my back and dropped me home. I was underweight but still had prominent breasts at 8. Got my periods when I turned 9. And now I'm 30! So this isn't a nowadays thing. It all depends on the genetics too!
@@mamatapandey6073 exactly. It runs in the family, my sister got hers at 10. Also, there were girls in my batch who had their periods and breasts around the same time as mine, but they were on the healthier spectrum, i was barely 18-19kgs still had periods and breasts like a 16 year old

hi, 17 year old female here. as a kid (8-12) i had extremely tan and oily skin because i used to be out and had bad skin. when i hit late teens my skin got better cause i started taking care of it and i hit puberty in a way that people thought i was 3 - 4 years older than i am. so it's extremely natural for one to go through changes. btw i was born with somewhat fair skin and was really made fun of my tanned skin during my childhood years. people go through changes naturally. not everything is plastic surgery. period.

@@beowyrt skin color has a lot of factors that come into play. it can be external and hereditary. many celebs have sudden changes in their skin tone because they have professionals who start taking care of it. high-end serums, sunscreens etc etc. not EVERY change is plastic surgery. most of the time external factors are more responsible for the change in the skin than hereditary. also hormones like melatonin (and many others) come into play as puberty hits which results in a change in skin color from dark to light or even light to dark.
There's a procedure called Glutathione Injections. It's fairly common in India especially in such circles. It's minimally invasive and literally everyone gets it. Wouldn't advice on it but you can look it up. Everyone ranging from teenage girls to rich South Bombay aunties get it.
I had my first period in the very beginning of class 4 (I was 8 years then). I was so confused about all the changes in the body that I thought I did something wrong, and I was scared to tell my mother. But one of the senior didis in school (who had gone through early puberty too), told me that it wasn't an issue with me and that I must tell my mother. I told my mother and she said it was nothing wrong, it happens to all girls and though she had got it later, getting it early doesn't change anything. (she is an nutritionist btw). But my grandma was so worried about me that she insisted to get checked by a gynecologist, which I did eventually and there the doctor also confirmed that it wasn't something uncommon, and not to be worried about it. Then I realised that my mother was actually right, and there was nothing to be worried about it or be ridiculed about it. My friends were nice and the never told me anything about it (not even the boys). And I never let it make me insecure.

I actually got early puberty I was 5th when i got my first periods it scared me that i didn't even told my mom about it then i told and my mom's reaction made me more scared . She kept on saying with sad tone she got early periods , etc . I cried infront of everyone thinking its a crime to get periods and as I was still small it was hard for me to handle it every month in school . No one got their period in my class aside of me . I thought its smtg i should always hide afterwards it was lockdown so i was able to handle it and understand things. Now even if i am 14 i dont really look like my age . Another thing, she isn't blaming Kajol (as a woman) she is just stating the possibilities of an ex-heroine doing certain things to her children in the aspirations to make her child a front runner in the industry. And if you really look into the points mentioned above the possibilities of her speculation can't be ruled out. Being said that i admit milk in steroids these days really disrupts the natural growth of kids but steroids don't change a human dramatically in just 1-2yrs and certainly doesn't affect the skin tone.
Maybe she had some kind of procedure done to her. But I can tell you people can change in 1-2 years I least that happened to me and I haven’t done anything other than just changing my diet. So I think we should not generalise something by saying that people’s body or face won’t change without any surgery within 1-2years.

When I studied about childhood and growing up Their I studied about the fact of why girls hit puberty faster and your video giving true opinion on the fact So I think a child and adolescent can't know about what to eat and what lifestyle they have to carry and how it impact on them , so it's their parent and guardian responsibility and duty to guide them properly.
I got my periods at the age of 10 and i had to go through hell, where both other boys and girls would make fun of me and even teachers used to stop me from playing with boys and girls and would make me sit , when I asked why, they called my mom and asked her to force me not to play . They would say that they would feel embarrassed if i would run and play with other kids, as I had developed body. Because of this I went though a painful childhood.

I had a troubled teenage as I hit puberty at 11. My one friend in 6th class said ki eating a lot of sugar can lead to early puberty(which I considered joke) par ab laga ki lifestyle affects puberty. Mujhe mere weight ke karan 13-14 ki age mein bully karte they due to my outer appearance. Waise main covid(I was 17) ke time se pehle badminton khelti thi or 16 saal ki age mein I was a sporty girl(I still desire to play) to puberty hone ke baad bhi I did not feel like having crushes or falling in love.

It is true that she had some surgeries which are easy to tell for those who knows about their procedure of these treatments. She haven't done anything with her body but she fixed her face and even her skin tone
This is so true my sister was non veg and she loved chicken so much that at age of 8 she used to eat chicken every 2nd day and she grew up too soon while I used to look smaller than my 3yr younger brother being vegetarian. And have allergies to chemicals and even anti biotics, I found out recently and I remember I used to vomit and refuse to eat after I would consume chicken in the market or waiwai noodles....
Not only in this generation but in the past, if u see PPL use to hit puberty at an early age ,used to look adult than there age but they were fit physically and mentally, same goes with boys as well
