This was some of the best Star Wars storytelling in the first 3 episodes. I'm excited for the rest of the season!

What’s happening is Project Necromancer is trying to create Force sensitive clones and strandcasts, which are key to Palpatine’s ultimate contingency of immortality: a successful and STABLE high M-Count Palpatine clone for Palpatine to invade and live on. This research will also later be used to create Snoke on Exegol.

Ooh, good theory! I'm not exactly sure what the big plan is in the grand scheme of things, but I'm sure that it's sinister. Perhaps it'll tie in with episode 9 of the sequel trilogy, how Palpatine found a way to survive or clone himself. Who knows! But oh, I can't wait to learn about the truth in all this. 😌

Why would they expect different results with regular clones? Crosshair, Boba and Omega make sense because they aren’t regular clones, but most of them are identical in their physiology.

Assaj Ventress I reckon. I didn’t read the story of her apparent demise. From what I’m understanding, the dark disciples novel had Assaj Ventress take the brunt of dooku’s lightning to save her new Jedi pal Quinlon Vos. I think they’re gonna pull a simple ‘He didn’t kill her!’ in Bad Batch. She is being kept in stasis and is the subject they’re extracting midichlorians from for their research on the clones and Omega.

I mean if you take a look at modern society, cloning is looked down upon and is considered an abomination. In Star Wars, cloning seems normal. So the question is what does all of this mean and what is being done in the labs and experiments that would be considered an abomination?
