Why our video was removed 

First and formost you and Aden dont have to explain anything to anybody why you fishng at a certain spot. Ive been folowing you youngsters since you started your vlogs. Its always been very entertaining and a pleasure to watch. Those group of guys has no right to claim fishing spots, immediately reminds me of the old South Africa and the crap that followed. If RU-vid didnt ask you to remove it. I dont see any reason why you should remove it by a few messages sent from a group of guys. So if those guys complain of your other videos are you going to remove it??????? Repost it and stand your ground never be intimidated by people or anyone if you doing what you love WITHIN YOUR RIGHTS. You good respectful youngsters. Never let people steal your JOY!!!!! That spot is no secret....and for those that dont know the spot wont even find it from the video. Keep the videos coming man. Dont let this incident stop what you guys do.

That is complete BS! Luckily for them you two are respectful guys. I had the same thing happen to me in Rietfontein. The guy came up to me and harassed me to not record us catching fish. I still posted it, but out of respect I excluded some videos of other fish we got there.

I know exactly who those guys are. I've seen this crap happening at Cape point for years. Having fished Rooikranz and similar yellowtail spots you will find a few idiots believing they some how own the places and refuse to share with anyone. Everyone knows about these spots and clearly most people are not willing to go to cape point so I really don't know why those guys remain so paranoid. Anyway keep up the good work.

I just saw that video this morning and I was super excited to see u guys at Betties and not on a boat at Cape point. Point is u are allowed to fish where ever you want to. These guys are selfish. I think I got a really good idea of who it might be because they make it clear on their channel not to name that specific spot. No one give them attitude when they make a video of Maccasar, I gonna somer camp at Betties for a week to fishing, don't feel bad they feel like proper fool now

There is nothing wrong with filming a public place, it does not belong to any specific group of people, understandably great spots are better left unnamed coz unfortunately humans tent to mess everything up and leave the place looking like joburg cbd. as for the threats, not all people are equally equipped to solve simple issues, some handle things humanely and others handle it in a barbaric manner, unfortunately you had to deal with the latter. Great videos, we really enjoy watching it as not all of us will have the chance to explore and, experience the places you visit.

The only place that is prohibeted is which is barcaded and or fenced in or is declared as prohibited area by the Govt and proclaimed as such. For example Nature reserwes etc.A public place is a public place. What happens if a visitor stumbled as a holiday maker on this place, he or she cannot be prohibited and making a video is free for all. The only thing you may not do on the shaw line in fly a drone in assistance of your fishing activity. The only people who i think should be able to have any say is the comercial fishermen that fish to make a living in saying that we all pay for a fishing license and spend large amounts of money on equipment the beach and the ocean spots dont vel9ng to anyone you guys fish spots almost most fishermen know and fish actively for everyone to see.

In my personal opinion, neither you nor Aiden did anything wrong. You paid to fish, you have the necessary licenses, and you only took mussels to eat, not even the maximum allowed, which is perfectly acceptable. Additionally, the gates being locked means the place is being looked after, and you and Aiden have never misused the situation. The area is open to the public. It's unfortunate when people act like everything belongs to them, as if that spot is theirs alone. We all pay our taxes and fees, and everyone has the right to access and enjoy public spaces

I ddnt even see the video but if it was at Cape point I already think I know who those guys are believe me they think Cape Point belongs to them and they not even really locals they from the surrounding area like Houtbay and Ocean view, sorry this had to happen to you bur I won't back down ill post any Cape point spot I get to I wish they see this comment and come after ne.

Please dont stop making the videos like the one you removed. Then the majority of us must lose out because of a couple of spoilt children. I mean that whole "im a local" thing is just BS anyways. I thought it was a very cool vid. We all know about that spot and Im not even an avid shore angler.

Nobody wants a single spot to themselves they just dont want it broadcast on social media. Nobody chased you away from there, so stop trying to play the victim.
