Whoever watching this video I would say the best future cities to settle are West of Kitchener Woodstock and Ingersoll onwards. Because two giants for EV and EVs battery plants are opening in St. Thomas and Windsor. And because of these two big corporations so many other businesses will pop up. There is nothing left in Waterloo region it is now mostly bed community mean people come here to sleep. Just go early morning at 5 am on highway 401 and see where people are going for work towards GTA. If this place would be so great then you wouldn't see thousands of people going towards GTA.
Don't depend on tech job future because big companies are cutting employees like chef is cutting carrots😂😂😂 people used to brag about tech companies here and we don't know if they survive in future. Just look what happened to Blackberry corporation.
@@MandeepDhesiRealEstate true but it depends on the age and the will of the person. Change is not easy and most of people don't like it. And especially with the generation now very hard. But to be honest with you this region is not good anymore business wise and growth wise. They can't grow anymore because there is no room. As I said the growth region are GTA and Ingersoll onwards. Most companies go to London Ontario and open their production facilities. And as far tech is concerned the future is not sure. Just look in this year big tech companies laid off workers and same in India.
@@Hazara26 Yes you are right but again It depends from person to person, a few are growing there and some people aren't, it is an individual's responsibility to research watch carefully and then move, every location has some cons but we can not deny that some people grow in those areas.
