@j1o223 Hello. I believe everything is on a spectrum. I believe that Evolved or higher self Sigmas are of Christ consciousness and are fully in tune with God / source / universe / or whatever spirituality one believes in, helping to fight the spiritual war. Some have made it out of the matrix successfully and I believe that there are some Sigmas that are not of Christ consciousness, yet, still within the matrix trying to find their way out.

@@Blancamdiaz-rx4ei Hello. Those that want to be helped can be helped. I agree. However, one can't help those that refuse it and don't want to change. Sometimes one just wants to help so bad that they try to keep trying to help the same individual and in the end, they realize that their efforts were in vain. One must pick and choose their battles, no matter what battle one faces. I would rather help those that truly want to change and make a difference in their lives than to waste it on someone who is beyond help. Sometimes some individuals are beyond help, as they have too much traumatic experiences and have lived in it for so long. Change can be difficult for anyone. If I had a choice between someone who would rather stay in their misery vs someone who is young and has a fighting chance, I would rather spend it on the younger generation or those willing to change. One can't make someone change. Change comes from dedication, strength, and willpower. Strength isn't always about the physical. Strength comes in many forms. One can be emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually strong and sometimes some individuals don't have that capability. I know individuals that are physically strong and weak in the above aspects. I am one that is physically weak, but strong in the above. There are cases where individuals can truly chang, but sometimes it may become extreme cases where only God can do so. It largely depends if they were meant to. Sometimes with God's lessons, it may end up being extreme lessons and they won't know until it is too late and it will be too difficult to turn back time and wish one did better. God sends us lessons through other individuals and life experiences in general. One can learn from any situation. We are all teachers and students at the same time. Everyone we meet or what we experience teaches us something or we teach them something. No one is ever a full teacher. If one doesn't learn the easy way, one usually ends up learning the hard way, which is not unusual for human behavior. Of course, I am more a person who would rather learn the easy way. Sometimes some individuals just go through the same lessons over and over and truly learn nothing and they wonder why they keep going through the same thing over and over? Some expect doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. Unfortunately, once I give up on someone, there is no turning back. Mostly because I tried so hard and it took a lot before I even got to the point of letting go. Situation always varies and should be taken individually, as I always say.

Yea they do exaggerate quite a bit about things in these videos, and many who wish they were the people this video talks about eats it up and claims it as their own. However, as for your comment about high maintenance, I find that hard to believe. I can understand being difficult because of their strong sense of integrity and being very direct about what they see and believe. But its never to criticize you, but to build a understanding. You can be certain they will be transparent and you dont have to worry about them lying to you, or mislead you. They will be there for you through thick and thin. They do need to be alone sometimes to reflect about themselves and the emotions they are feeling. Just remember its not just their own emotions they need to process. This is how we recharge, and yes, it can add stress to a relationship. I know it sounds stupid but its true. In todays society, as a couple, people think when we're unwinding with some alone time, they just assume we are with someone else. When we go somewhere to be alone, its is to be alone. Our alone time is a special place without distractions. If who you were with was needy and clingy, that is a empath trait, not a sigma empath trait. AND if they were manipulative and have mislead you, that isnt a empath at all. Part of being a empath is being able to put yourself in anothers shoes and they certainly wont do something to you that they wouldnt want done to themselves. Just because someone claims this is who they are does not mean they are.

Yes it is, I can easily tell when my boss is lying, even in texts messages. I just live with the lies and do what I’m told as I don’t like confrontation. Then it is too much than I quite and break someone’s heart.

That is absolutely true. You must be careful when you feel empathy. It can be empathy for someone who does not deserve it. And that can be painful afterwards.
