She’s sooo right and I myself battle with Perfectionism and it’s a blessed and can be a huge endurance at the same time. I have to tell myself perfection doesn’t exist and your so motivating this was helpful thank you for sharing !
Perfection is not only posin, it can also kill make you ill. Humans will never be perfect but always imperfect til the day we die. Soooo, we'll have to navigate how to live imperfect lives and embrace that. Because there's a high price for being perfect and I don't want it. Nice video Josh!
I think for it is being perfect with achieving goals. Sometimes I have that gut feeling to reach out my comfort zone, but I don’t always do it, and I get hung up on the those thoughts sometimes.
My experience is i'm always planning my day like i want it to be planned everyday, if i just missed one of the tasks i'm about to do, my entire day is ruined, so yes, this is helpful, thanks brother.
When I first started my job as a teacher being so young and new to the process I wrote down everything! Like even what I would think to say to the students.. I wrote it all out😅 for a while I felt like the students weren't learning anything. I would talk to my co-wokers and they found it normal😅 but I wanted everything to be on point and perfect! So then I decided to give myself some time and be a lil more free with the students and a few weeks ago one student who commented on my nervousness from my first class said Miss you've improved so much. And I was like Aaah🤗 Sometimes we just have to give ourselves some time and accept that it won't always be perfect. With time all will be well.

My nails..perfection I grow them natural..no fake nails for me! I no longer push for perfection in my life🤯 unrealistic for me.. I admit I have a crush on you.. Ty again for a great video... hugs from Missouri.
