Question if you have a minute. I bought roughly 40 feet of bowling alley wood. I want it just for practicing my release so I wont be putting pins up or anything. It will also be outside. I want to oil it a little otherwise it will be ultra dry. What oil would be best to use? I was thinking using a mop or a push broom of some sort to apply it each time I use it. Im going to build a ramp at the end which will roll the back back at me. Any advice you have would be appreciated.
That's a good question! I've never done anything like that before but I would try using mineral oil most Lane oils nowadays consist of about 85% mineral oil. And get like a long squeegee and push it down.
@@MellowMechanic87 I appreciate the response. I defintely didnt think it was mineral oil. When I get it built Ill send you a pic. I live in the country so the nearest bowling alley is a ways away.
