Ive been doing wim hof for years. Ive applied that technique to spear fishing. It felt and feels right but didnt know if it was wrong...im only a freediving newbie
Wim Hof himself always says that his breathing should never be used for breath hold diving. It dramatically increases the chance of losing the conscience while diving
Yeh ive recently stopped with exhale dives and added a extra weight. Seems to be working ok. Hard to say if I'm lasting any longer under the surface. Thanks for your vids
