And we literally have 4 different kinds of BBQ depending on where in the state you live. You can tell where a man in the State was raised depending on his preference for spicy, vinegar, sweet, or mustard sauce. People have been known to feud where these territories meet. Salted or not doesn't make any difference. You get the sodium in your diet regardless. That said, I make my own ghee and NEVER use the salted for that, as all the salt congeals in the foam. BTW, has anyone else ever experienced that there are no thin dieticians? I'm sure they exist but I've probably met 100 of them and none of them looks like anyone should ever take their advice.
