My bro,I agree with you in a lot of things,but I feel you're biased against Ten Hag, Madness is doing the same thing expecting different results, changing the manager will not change anything in Man United. You sound like the Arsenal fans saying Arteta out back in 2021.There's nothing that Ten Hag or any other manager can do with these set of players,think about it. In my opinion, I think united should appoint julian nagelsmann as the new man united manager. I feel as though his style of play and tactics can develop and adapt to epl football. He's also a young manager so I feel as though he'll be good for us in the long term but I think it will maybe take 2 seasons of epl football for nagelsmann before he can win the league. This is only if ten hag gets sacked because I think maybe ten hag needs one more season to prove himself.

Atlantis, I strongly feel de zerbi will still struggle with this current team if he’s to display his style here, if INEOS brings him in, they better start the rebuild from the midfield and central defense, these are two key areas were lacking right there. The personnels we have currently may likely suit more to a counter attacking system other than possession style. And will we be patient enough when things aren’t going well, because I don’t think he will completely revamp the squad instantly, you know result matters a lot at a club like Manchester United.

How many Utd players can make it on the bench of the top 3? Our squad is mediocre, how many players can play possession football? Bar Martinez who is can play excellence from the back? Which midfielder can dictate play? Maybe Kobbie but is he a Dm really? Varane, Lindelof, Evans, AWB, Shaw, Maguire,Scott,Casemiro,DVB,Eriksem, Rashford, Pellistri, Martial, Antony and Sancho must be moved on or kept as rotation players. Greenwood is most likely getting sold, Amad should get more minutes to determine if he can play at a high level.

Ten hag is good enough, We just have had too many injuries this season since tge start of the season hence the under performance. If Licha wasnt injured at the start we would have easily been in top 4 rn.

I think there's a flaw with De Zerbis Brighton that you didn't mention. Their system of baiting the opposition into a press in order to create an artificial counter attack is reliant on teams taking the bait. For example when Brighton played West Ham and the hammers stayed in their low block, Brighton were ineffective against west ham and failed to break them down. At Man United with the team having quality players, opposition will be happy to sit deep and not take the bait under a de zerbi team. And because I don't think I've seen Brighton having an effective plan b for when teams don't take the bait, I wouldn't reckon he would be right for man united. I think we'd end up consistently getting top 4, but wouldn't be able to fight for league titles.

If Leverkusan can do it with right manager, United definitely can do it with De Zerbi

But the real problem with Man Utd isn't really the tactical side of things, it's the dressing room culture. No tactics are gonna work when players turn up for a match not wanting to break a sweat.

We got ten hag into a team that has never played his type of football and with everything he had to deal he overachieved in his first season and not much changed in teh squad and we're expecting him to compete with teams that have had their managers for 3+ years? make it make sense.

I would like Ten hag to succeed but if they sack him then De zerbi , Naglsman would be the best option man ..as we would play possesion and v would had a better structure and a pattern of play which will also help the management to recruit players according to style of play ..hope of the best🤞

I do believe the current crop of players could excel better with a better tactical approach, which eth seems to be blind to. We all thought he would bring the tactical nous from his days at Ajax to Man utd, but instead, he seems more like in self-destruct mode than actually improving the team. Yes we need better players and we need to shift players not suited to the united level, but if De Zerbi can get his mid table team to perform above their level, I don't see why eth is struggling that much with current crop of players, unless there's something wrong going on behind the scenes that we don't know about. I don't think we can afford to give Ten Hag another season if that means losing out on a top manager when they have the luxury to choose from the upcoming vacancies that are very enticing to a lot of them. Even though the grass is always greener on the other side, but I think De Zerbi will be a great choice to kick start the ineos era going forward.

But my opinion is Roberto DeZerbi is a Good Manager & even BETTER at Coaching. And thats what Man Utd needs after the priority which is the Right Boards around. Simply, he is BETTER than EtH¡!¡ Right now we've made the Biggest Boards Snatching in History, which is Omar Berrada. Ashworth, Wilcox so on could follow soon. With Sir Jim, Omar, Ashworth behind DeZerbi we could be back to the Mighty Status we had. I'm sure of that. But we need a good Manager to back that up with. The likes of Wan Bissaka could be the best when Coached by DeZerbi. There are lots of players who played with their talents but lots who have talents but lack the right people around to help them reach their potentials. Bissaka's biggest issue is crossing, could get to the 'best status' when DeZerbi comes in, cause DeZerbi is very good at Coaching. DeGea could've benefited from DeZerbi too and lots of others. We need to clear the unqualified players first. EtH had a good season last season, even lot of the players who flopped this term. But he doesn't have a Pattern which is the problem. Another EtH's weakness is he doesn't change formation or tactics during an ongoing match like the one DeZerbi did when his team were being outplayed in the first 15mins. He made a tactical switch & he ruined EtH's side. I think EtH goes into a game with just a single plan, cause from kickoff to the end he kept only same idea. AGAIN the next match. If it doesn't work switch to another plan. Eth doesn't¡!¡ I was a big EtH defendant, even creating excuses to defend him. I started wanting him out during our depressing Champions League run. I have been asking "why EtH don't use other ideas during an ongoing match‽‽‽" The only time I saw him do that was against Liverpool which helped but why don't he do it on a regular. EtH probably goes into a match with just a single plan, because he ALWAYS Play the same way each match. Then repeat it the next match. Truly we have lot of weak players & lot of injuries but what is EtH's pattern‽‽‽ Sometimes we just run around the pitch. The players play to their limits. Have very low team work & no fights at all. Weak Cowards¡!¡ Why I prefer DeZerbi is because he is a Very Good Coach, VERY Good. Ajax needs EtH. Man Utd needs DeZerbi (1st Choice) or Emery.

Look, if we take a comparison. If manager is a builder, then the tactics & philosophy & structure are the blueprint of construction, ie how the base and the building will look. The players are the raw materials. You can have the world's best builder and let's say we bring Pep in, who has the best tactics & philosphy (still has to deal with the horrendous structure), he has horrible raw material. You can't make a incredible building by hiring the best builder, but the raw material should also be good. If Man City/Pool/Arsenal players are cement and iron, most Man Utd players are sawdust. This might be a very illogical correlation but try and understand the point. ETH, if sacked will be surely successful at another club. So, I feel for that and also, I feel bad for the incoming manager because he will have more or less the same fate

It’s funny to me that you made at least 1 video calling ETH one of the very best tacticians in the world when he had initially arrived and now are claiming that he’s completely clueless and plays a terrible system that wouldn’t get any better with better players. Him having the tactics at Ajax is no different than De Zerbi having the tactics at Brighton… neither are United. I’m sure you’d disagree, but it invalidates your point a little that De Zerbi is a better tactician than ETH lol.

My hesitation with De Zerbi is his temperament. I think it was good that we didn’t go for Conte for similar reasons. Being a good coach is one thing but that’s not the only quality needed when coaching Manchester United.

If Manchester united is looking for a new manager it should Simeon Inzaghi or Ruben Amorim De Zerbi is good but I don't think he's capable of handling a club with huge demands like united

And the bad thing is, the Coach blames the injuries which is partly responsible but we bought onana to improve our build up structure instead of playing longballs he's instructed to play.

The same issue holding back Ten Hag from implementing a possession base system will be the same issue with De Zerbi. Personally, I wouldn't want De Zerbi at United. Yes, we need a coach not a manager, RDZ is an excellent coach, and ticks a lot of boxes.But, I personally think possession based football isn't ingrained in our club at all. We need a coach who focuses OOP and transitions than possession, merely keeping the ball and using magic to unblock final 3rd just doesn't work for us. I am willing to keep ETH only on a condition that we purge the current squad and build on new young talents coming through youth system, Mainoo, Kambwala, Garnacho are examples how well you can tune young minds into a team. If we need someone new then it has to Nagelsmann for me. Mckenna following him in 3-4 years time.

We’re not gonna get de zerbi. Ten hag would need a 10M payout plus the 13 needed for de zerbi, plus we don’t have Dan ashworth in yet, which would be another payout rumored at 20M. Spending 43M on the leadership structure and staff is wishful thinking at best. That’s why were likely to end up with a potter or Southgate which is a massive downgrade on eth no matter what you think

Mate, United first things first need to get rid of half the squad and that's not going to happen in any managers first season. We can't sack ten hag yet, we have to give him the structure and the right profiles of squad players. Only then we could judge him. The content is baseless on any evidence. From the eye test point of view, de zerbi or any other coach cant depend on rashford and garnacho to press for its there weak part of their games. Its a personnel issue. Top coaches are where there are given then patience and time to build their vision.

Fundamentally, you are ignoring the fact that you can have the best tactics but if the players don't want to or unable to implement it it won't work. The issue is not whether ten hag is a good or bad manager, or whether someone else is better or worse. Many players do not have the skillset demanded of elite football under modern tactics. You assert that its not because of players with no substantiation. Let me do the same. It demonstrably is because of the players. Every week we see the evidence. De zerbi is a very risky decision if we don't clear out massively and recruit well. He is famed for and unrelenting in automation and precision, even more obsessive than pep (see relevant interviews). There is a big chance some of the personalities can't handle it and we will see them either crumbling, throwing de zerbi under the bus, or de zerbi melting down out of frustration. Say what you will about ten hag, but he is stuck between a rock and hard place and is least not lashing out on players like Jose and Rangnick did. And a lot of what they said in the past is becoming blatantly clear to every united fan.

He needs a team of talented, well-balanced assistant coaches to implement his tactics, which Man United doesn't have. 🥹 Not the player, the head coach, but the assistant coach team needs to be replaced. Why is the frick no one talking about what Rangnick discovered. Assisting coaches get positions because of their relationship, and the position was vacant. It doesn't matter if they fit for that position or not. It causes both redundant and shortcomings of talented assistant coach. So many Man United head coaches can discover a talent and can't develop them but deteriorate them. If we replace Ten Hag, Garnacho, McTominey, and Wanbisaka will not develop anymore.
