The thing i like the most about Blood and Iron are the simple mechanics. And the fact that you can use various things in the environment to get the advantage, for example going on roofs with a sapper or being able to jump over small walls with structures or bodies. It’s the little things!
I agree with your points, especially #5. I'm happy to see the napoleonic genre growing, we've had B&I, G&B, and we're going to have more soon! B&I is really fun and somehow when I forget how to play and start dying over and over... I just want to try one more time... (It's an addiction)
can't forget with the different napoleonic communities dedicated to doing battles such as Europa Invicta back in 2020, Waterloo/Campaigns/NW since 2021 still going strong with some battles having 4000+ players. It's probably the most dedicated historical niche on roblox
One of the biggest reasons I like the bni community is it is small. And you keep seeing the same ppl over and over again and you start knowing them, it forms a sorta sense of friendship and I like it rlly much.

Blood & Iron is the TF2 of Roblox It has a unique artstyle, many mechanics, many playstyles, many cosmetics, many maps, many years in development The thing i like about this game the most is that its 50/50 skill and strategy, not just one more than the other
Here are some other theories I have *Blood and Iron's lack of statistics* You don't know how many people you've killed, you don't know how many times you've died, you don't know how many times you've won or lost, you don't how many assists you have etc etc. As a result, you don't really feel compelled to grind for "good stats" *100% original assets* All the weapons, all the animations, all the props, all the structures and so on are unique. Before Blood and Iron fan games (G&B included) started trending, the assets of Blood and Iron couldn't have been found anywhere else. Not to mention that assets such as the weapons are very detailed (e.g. the curve of the swords) *Challenging game* Blood and Iron can honestly be really challenging sometimes, which is actually a good thing. Reloading, for example, takes at the very least 10 seconds and during that time you can't move (unless it's a pistol). Furthermore you gotta be aware of your surroundings all the time, just so you don't flanked by some pesky rifleman sniper.
funnily enough, lexington & concord (a game of the same genre that came out last year) died off extremely quick and yet, the gameplay and replayability is almost the same as blood & iron. How ironic
while im here im gonna yap a bit: blood and iron has 1 pro and 1 con of which being that if someone gets hooked into bai and likes it, they’ll almost never quit/leave the game, but the con is that it is a pretty difficult game for the average noob considering they wont go out of their way to excessively searching up guides, teaching themselves, and all those other goodies while bai is pretty simplistic, the napoleonic genre isn’t something that’s actively opened up upon without massive changes to the actual napoleonic things or differences (yap session over)
Blood and Iron has such an good gameplay, everything feels so tatical and you gotta really think about your next move, mainly becouse there is only one life and the slow but deadly weapons. Games like Centaura for example, suffer becouse their gameplay gets old in an hour.
I started playing blood and iron around 2021, I found out about blood and iron because of PURE LUCK because I was searching for a game (cant remember the name but it was similar to blood and iron) so I searched "Blood and Iron" and I came across one of the best things to ever happen to me, I still remember the first map I was on which was the bridge of Arcole and I was an Austrian Drummer of the 1st regiment, honestly Blood and Iron has one flaw... WE BECOME ADDICTS MUST PLAY MORE RAHHHHHHHHHH
When I began playing Ravenfield and TABS, I compared their sandbox mechanics and replayablity with B&I. That's where I realized why I've kept playing B&I. I also loved the simplicity of the game such as the graphics. Though the downside I've seen is that it's hard for noobs to understand the game. Sure, they can just read the wiki or watch YT videos and tutorials, but they usually won't spend that much time trying to anaylize the gameplay. They will also not understand unintentional bug features such as shooting feet through the ceiling.

Another big reason is there are not many alternatives on Roblox. Most games for this era require discord and a computer and work on an event based system. That is why napoleonic wars, despite being a very impressive and well designed game gets less players even during major battles.
@pezjok its because line infantry might have a bad accaurcy and relaod speed but its bayonet rules cqc if its done right and the officer has a gun that moves and reloads fast in 8 secs while having bad accaurcy its gonna do you good against campers also bayonet + sapper = op
It’s dead man.. all the blood and iron guys were hyped for the game, me, pope, zerm, bat and more and during testings it would get over 500 then initial release 700 then it averaged 400 then 300 and now it’s like at 150 in the day and 60 at night
A Fact is that nassau hats are copy paste of each other but recolours or put different thins in the front cuz if u zoom in the hat there's this one star in there lol, anyway idk at a certain point if i am correct
Just to prove how dedicated the BAI Community is, when roblox had its server issues, blood and iron was probably the first (or one of the first) game that reached 50-100 players during the first few minutes the server went up. Just for comparison, Blox Fruit had like 10 or so people.
Tbh I like how Blood an Iron also has other nations instead of just Prussia,France, Britain, and Russia. Hopefully one day the devs would also included the Ottomans
Some people think Blood and iron and other professional RP is die but they didnt know the game they think is die is old or very old like blood and iron
