Why would this be intended? Rubick doesn't have aftershock, which is specifically stated to be procced in ES's shard description when using spells on top of fissure. Does he literally get part of the passive ability stolen just by getting fissure? So dumb.

New to dota ? It works exactly as it should. If Rubick or enemy has shard the shard ability should apply
@ true but the aftersho itself is a seperate pasive ability, the shard shouldnt give you the passive, also as displayed - rubick being able to get spells with short cooldown, just would perma stun, tho you do have a lot of op shit in dota, aoe perma stun seems to be somewhat of an oversight, lategame tinker with perma sheep is already quite enoght but hey who knows, maybe volvo will see no problems with it and rubick will just be ultra hard, autowin counter to ES, kinda like pugna or AM to skywrath, which is not unheard of.
Again. Worst thing in dota ever. Rubick stealing passive abilities out of nowhere. How on earth this is in the game for years. Why does he steals aftershock? Mega cringe and never gets fixed. This is the intendent way but makes absolutely no sense. Same shame on stealing SF ult and having insta maximum souls/necromastery passive, stealing luna ult but having Luncient beam. OMG! This game...
