They even planning in next 10 years to make a high-speed train from Dubai to Jeddah those high rail roads they go like 4 to 500 mph like 700 km/h so you will go from Dubai to under two hours

Riyadh is turning to same Dubai. You are lucky because you are in middle of the process so you could see some beautiful remaining traditions and religious and culture of the nation but in future it will be so noisy same Dubai. This is the vision

Saudi arabia is huge, of course the capital city is always noisy, but even Riyadh is huge and there is a country side to it which is calmer, Saudi Arabia will never be exactly like another country because of how different its history, it is bonded to be the way it is you can’t erase history and culture completely it will always affect how you do things.
